I have been going to Marcelli's since 1955. I have moved around but every time in Eureka I take a cooler to pick up their offerings. I pulled up mid afternoon last week and they were closed, Super disappointed. Fellow come out and says he can re-open if I want something. Heck Yes. Like all businesses they have difficult finding help. I stocked up and had conversation with 4th generation of family. I remember first generation. food was good when I got home several hours later but having visit with childhood memories, of the Italian families I grew up with, - Priceless. Thank You.

Not my favorite Italian food for sure. Its definitely authentic but I'm not into a brown marinara meat sauce

Soup was overcooked, salad tasted like it was out of a bag with olives added. The spaghetti and ravioli sauce was overpowering with ginger which I did not like at all. Lasagna Florentine, Spinach was undercooked and horrible flavoring. Worse Restaurant we have been to so far in Eureka. Service was excellent however!

The restaurant was a small place on a busy street with very limited space. Service was fine, but we saw some of the silverware was soiled when we sat down. Menu had several options and food itself wasn't bad. I got the lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo (with chicken) and wasn't impressed. I'd say it's an okay restaurant when your options are limited.

I love Italian food. I didn't eat what I ordered. Place seemed run down. Pricing was ok, but I thought that the food was inedible. My husband was able to eat it, but stated that it was not very good.
They have far better Italian food compared to the local competition. It is a small place, but it is clear to us why it is almost always full of customers in the hours it is open.

Would definitely recommend and would absolutely eat here again!

The apple fritters were good! The rest of the food was mediocre- the salad tasted moldy and the meat sauce had a weird flavor that we could not pinpoint. They were out of red wine (!) and the (nice) server was new and did not seem to have any training. Can't imagine we'll be back.

This an authentic Mom and pop Italian restaurant, the food is very good, good portions and priced right you won't regret your stay here

Gross food. Very slow service. Go somewhere else. Shocked at all of the great reviews. Maybe we caught them on a bad night?
