Had to wait 20 minutes for 2 ice creams. There were a lot of customers with missing items in their orders.
They forgot my chicken sandwich and the rest of the order was wrong and when i went back they didn't decide to fix me a new burger since mine was getting cold now after waiting there ...but gave me the forgotten ingredients to put on my now cold food at home and gave me the other cold chicken sandwich that they forgot to put in my bag when I was there the first time so everyone had cold food ... terrible service weird policy of handing you partial ingredients for your food they forgot to put on ...

Just more of the same here, yet another high priced mcds where the portions seem to get smaller and the price seems to go up all at the same time... This one has a playroom and I usually see kiddos playing but their service is crap and the food at all mcds has to be nearly toxic. I remember back in the day when the food probably wasn't any better but at least it was cheap. Something has to change for real and I don't see that happening any time soon
Parking: Keep your head on a swivel in the lot, there are a ton of desperate unhoused that wouldnt hesitate to smash and grab if they saw something through the window of an unoccupied car

The supervisor SLAMMED the drive through window on us when we were in mid-sentence and was sooo rude. They gave us someone else’s order but the window attendant didn’t speak enough English to understand what we were explaining so she went and got the supervisor. Not going back to this McDonald’s on Broadway after being treated like that over something that could have been fixed with grace and ease.
