TLDR; if you're gluten free & dairy free always make sure that they double check they are giving you the right crust, otherwise you might get the wrong crust and have an allergic reaction! I want to preface this with the fact that previously, I've had nothing but great experiences at MOD - both from dining in and delivery. We love their salads and pizzas, and the customer service has always been very good! This is more of a cautionary tale for any of my gluten free/dairy free people out there. I myself am gluten free and dairy free due to allergies - it's not just an intolerance, I am exclusively GF/DF because I have fairly strong allergic reactions. This makes it pretty hard to find good, tasty gluten and dairy free restaurants. MOD pizza has always had, in my opinion, the best gluten free crust - it's flavorful, doesn't taste like cardboard, and actually holds up to the toppings! I've never had any issues with getting the correct crust until tonight. (It's important to note that MOD doesn't guarantee that their GF crusts are free from cross-contamination, but with this said I have never had any issues with eating their GF crusts before). When ordering for dine-in, I specified that I wanted the gluten-friendly crust (since I know that MOD also has a Keto/GF cauliflower crust - BUT it has mozzarella in it so I can't eat it). I am usually very, very careful about being really specific with the things I order because many times I haven't specified enough and ended up receiving food that I am allergic to because people don't realize what's in it. The employee who was making my pizza pulled out one of the GF crusts, but then had another employee correct them that they pulled out the wrong one - I didn't know that it wasn't the right one, I trusted that their employees know best, and that they must have changed out their GF crusts. At first I was grateful for this, since I am allergic to the cauliflower crust with cheese in it. It looked a little different (it had green flecks in it), but I went about ordering my pizza with Dairy Free cheese - thinking that since I'm getting DF cheese, of course I'm getting the crust WITHOUT the cheese in it. We got our pizzas, and everything was great. It was only AFTER I had eaten 2 pieces of the pizza that I noticed that the crust was sort of strange - the texture, taste, and smell weren't what I was used to. After looking up the ingredients of the crusts, I saw that the cauliflower crust - that I am ALLERGIC to - has Italian spices in it, hence the green flecks I noticed earlier. This confirmed to me that this crust was, in fact, NOT the GF crust I had specifically asked for. Thankfully I don't have an anaphylactic reaction to dairy, but it is very, very uncomfortable for me. It is very disheartening to know that I will have to be even more cautious ordering from MOD in the future.

First time there. Loved the Greek salad and the choose your own toppings pizza which I tried on the cauliflower crust. A bit pricey but good value all things considered.

This one of the worst pizzas I've had in a while. The crust is like dried pita bread and the sauce has a strange bitterness to it. I had one slice and threw the rest out. A thin pizza is not supposed to have the consistency of a cracker and the edges are supposed to rise. I don't know what they're doing here but I'd rather have Dominos-and Dominos is terrible. Oh, and they forgot silverware for my salad and the dessert I paid for wasn't in the order.
