This Mexican restaurant is a must visit for us whenever we are in Eureka. The owner is very gracious and helpful when ordering. I could list what we have had for dinner, but honestly everything we have tried is delicious. Of special note are the sopas, huarache, and green chile soup if they have it, and the prawn tacos with mango salsa. You cannot go wrong.

Rude service. Spent over $50 and was told I couldn’t sit at a table despite it not being reserved. Won’t return.! I didn’t count because I was dining alone!

Expensive ($22+ $4 tip) flavorless food. Albondigas, flat w/ no flavor. Chicken mole, recommended by friend, so sugary almost inedible. Tasted mushy sugary chicken. Mole sauce was poured over mushy tasteless boiled chicken. Salsa, beans, rice, chips were decent. Otherwise, absolutely disappointing meal.

I highly recommend, great customer service, even better food, I asked for my burrito with "chocolate mole" and they brought it as requested without question, just one of many examples of my expectations being exceeeded. I love authentic Mexican food! Reasonable prices, and a good atmosphere make this a destination for those of you looking for an excellent experience.
The food was fresh, well spiced, and delicious. We would come back tomorrow to try other dishes if we were staying another night. Great neighborhood restaurant.

Had the best Mexican food I had a grilled chicken burrito and couldn’t quit eating it And everything else our family had was the best This is the place !!!!’

The staff were super friendly and the food was great and very authentic. I especially enjoyed their chips, we ate two whole baskets of them. My fajita burrito was delicious. I will definitely go back next time I am in the area.
