I used to go to this coffee shop growing up. I just went there this morning..I ordered a small hot chocolate and it tastes like a steamers. Just milk. No flavor to it at all. Then when my drink was handed to me the greasy looking man who made my drink left grease finger prints on the mouth part of my lid. Gross. All the employees looked like they’ve rolled out of bed. I understand we live in eureka and have is more laid back then most areas. But please at least shower and brush your hair. pretty grossed out by the employees alone.

Ordered a cream cheese, turkey larrupin bagel on door dash. Bagel came and it ONLY had cream cheese after even paying extra for everything else. Called, and they eventually decided to give me $14 store credit. I go in to get my bagel today, order the same thing, they give it to me in a closed box and in order to be polite I didn’t check it. I get home and it’s just a larrupin cream cheese bagel. So $14 for a cream cheese larrupin bagel. The staff were awkward about it when I mentioned the credit and kept cutting me off when trying to order my bagel saying ‘is that it?’. Won’t be going back. Although I’m sure they’re glad to hear that.

I wish I could give negative stars. My husband ordered an ice cream pink champagne cake for my 30th birthday party(ordered it plenty in advance). When he went to pick it up, they informed him that it's melted as it was stored in the fridge instead of the freezer and they told him "sorry, nothing we can do". Such a disappointment in the customer service when we have ordered birthday cakes there for the past three years. Luckily my husband was able to go to Cherry Blossom Bakery who instantly made it right and got my husband a beautiful pink champagne cake. Old Town coffee and chocolates - I would LOVE for you to reach out to me so my husband can give you a review on the horrendous service he received on January 13, 2024. We will NEVER order another item from there and I don't recommend this business(either location) for anyone.

I ordered a cake for a birthday party & it was incredible! Got the kahlua mud pie cake & everyone loved it. Ordering was easy over the phone & pickup was just as easy. The script on the cake was also beautiful. Will definitely be ordering here anytime a cake is needed.

I usually love coming in to this local coffee shop, but after witnessing, who I assume to be the owner, berating the sweetest barista over a delivery?? You can bet your coffee money I won’t be coming back! Super disappointed in the quality of work this woman is promoting. The quality of the coffee has gone down, the price has gone up, and I’ve honestly had better experiences at a Denny’s since the new owners have taken over!

The new owners are TERRIBLE. I miss the old owners. Back when this place had actual coffee on their shelves. The new owners have crowded the place with overpriced garbage like stickers and candles. There’s never coffee on the shelves anymore. The hours for both locations have changed. You can’t buy coffee online anymore. They really ruined this place.

We came here for coffee for our group on 6/29 around 8:00am. One of our group is sensitive to caffeine, and they had just ran out of decaf espresso. But they offered to grind some fresh decaf French roast for her instead. Her drink turned out delicious! The staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They were very warm and welcoming. We had a great experience and left with delicious drinks! My Mexican mocha was the best I’ve ever had.
