Worst, most terrible food truck around. You want mediocre, inauthentic, food served to you by amateurs who don't even know how to complete your order before taking your hard earned money? I won't trust this truck ever again. I'm talking about the type to literally screw you out of your money and sell you an incomplete, bag of goods. My family and I have been looking for a great carnitas since moving here 4 years ago. How have we missed this place? Had the taco plate today and it was easily the best we have found in Humboldt. Can't wait to go back and try other items.
