Worst, most terrible food truck around. You want mediocre, inauthentic, food served to you by amateurs who don't even know how to complete your order before taking your hard earned money? I won't trust this truck ever again. I'm talking about the type to literally screw you out of your money and sell you an incomplete, bag of goods. We ordered the Fajita Mix plate, which was missing both the chicken & the steak, plus it only came with a total of 6 tiny shrimp. If you're thinking about ordering food here, go pick it up yourself. Because you cannot trust these children to serve you what you paid for. In fact, they'll, short your order by up to a 1/4-1/2 lb of the protein that's supposed to be in your meal. This isn't the first time they'e done something like this, either.

Stopped here on the way up north. Everything is super cheap and super good. Got some of the $1 asada tacos, an enchilada plate, and a side of rice and beans all for $15 total. Never been to a Mexican spot where you can get all that for so cheap. Definitely hitting this back up when we pass by it.

Have had the pleasure of trying almost everything on the menu and you just can’t miss! Perfect if your heading out on the go towards the south. My favorite over all is the fajita burrito supreme! Very kind and humble family oriented staff, diligent and hardworking over all. I work in all parts of Humboldt and if I’m ever on the south end of Eureka I always hit up my favorite food truck! ❤️

This place was pretty busy. They give you a buzzer so you can wait in your car for it. It was one of the $1 taco days so I tried the asada, shredded beef and shredded chicken! All were tasty and for a buck you get a lot of food!
Had the cheese enchilada plate w green tomotillo sauce (med spicy) and it was great. Friend had tacos- fabulous value for quality and two thumbs up on taste. Staff was lovely. Prices were refreshing!! Aside from the small eucalyptus grove, location is not appealing (gas station, busy road, generator) but take away was not a problem. Would definitely go again when in town.

After driving down the 101 for about 8 hours straight and only packing snacks and PBJ sandwiches we were all starving. We ordered tacos, torta and a quesadilla. Friendly service and quick service.
