Things were great all and all, and they work hard to keep their customers happy. I really hope the family friend I brought who is visiting Humboldt, genuinely enjoyed her food over being agreeable. Honestly, it doesn't matter because we were there to spend time together and for the experience and we had a terrific time indeed. Her pho was fitting for the cold & rainy day. My tofu Pad Kee Mao was very modest, not in spices, but everything else aside from noodles. I dressed it up with some condiments that came with the pho before taking photos. If it weren't for the level 10 Spice level it would have been a very child-friendly dish. The staff are always fantastic. ?Vegetarian options: Too many to list. This is a vegetarian & vegan friendly restaurant.Dietary restrictions: They even offer vegan broth for the pho.Parking: The medium lot is tight and often mostly full, but you're likely to get a spot. If you don't there's plenty of street parking all around. Never an issue.Kid-friendliness: Bigger rounded corner booths accommodate families & friends.Wheelchair accessibility: Seems to be wheelchair friendly & accessible from parking to the front door width (both sides open) and could fit at any table or booth inside.

Favorite phos place. I always get C 19 and it never disappoints. Lemongrass, chicken, prawns, rice, and veggies. The people are so kind and it’s really fast service.

Pad Thai is my favorite dish. I’ve had it probably 1,000 times in my life. This was definitely the worse pad Thai I’ve ever had in my life.Dry and flavorless and $16The fresh spring rolls came with a peanut sauce that was basically watery peanut butter.Do yourself a favor and get something else for dinner.Vegetarian options: YIKES!

Stopped here on a rainy day while passing through. Food was super good but the pho could’ve had more flavor. We got the beef pho, bbq spring rolls, and beef skewers. The skewers were immaculate! They tasted sooo good! The bbq spring rolls were good as well. Inside the atmosphere was nice, quiet , and spacious. Staff were nice and the food came out quickly. Also, the Thai iced tea was bomb but very sweet.

I eat at different vietnamese places all the time and this one definitely rates high! There's a ton of different meat combinations you can get for pho, and the spring rolls are absolutely excellent. The only thing that knocked off a star was we were not thrilled with the lemon grass chicken. All the food was super fresh. The restaurant is clean and service is excellent.

Service was not for me. The male workers are so bitter and don’t hide the fact that they want you out of there. They don’t check-in at all while you eat if you need assistance/to order something, and get annoyed if you go to the front to ask something or get the bill, which would be understandable except they avoid the tables and eye contact at all cost after serving your food. A misunderstanding can turn into a stressful situation—one of the guys in particular is just so unhelpful and irritated all the time. If you want to eat some bomb Vietnamese food, this is the place. If you want to eat out and have a chill experience, this place has been a coin flip for me personally. Pho Huang in Arcata is just as good and they’re nicer.
