Do not go here if you’re waiting two hours at the DMV and you desperately want little pretzel bites I spent 20 of my hard earned buckaroo United States dollars and I was only three out of five stars enjoyment also for 20 bucks. They should’ve gave me more bread.

Watched an employee handle money, his phone, and wipe his nose before immediately rolling pretzels *barehanded* and then serving customers, all without washing his hands at any point. Incredibly bold etiquette for an establishment where the food prep is made visible to customers.The food here is fine otherwise but terribly overpriced, so I do feel it's important to be aware of the sanitation conditions if you're paying this much for it.Ate here today prior to witnessing this and felt sickened after learning how my food was prepared. Regretted the purchase instantly.

I go here often, as I am an associate at a store close by, and every time (EVERY TIME) the workers are so polite and sweet. Really makes my break enjoyable. Appreciate their positive attitudes. You don't get that nearly enough in customer service. Thank you guys. Oh - the pretzels in nacho cheese sauce - bomb! Yum! And they have slurpees!

Disgusting. Mini dogs my grandaughter had to have they were shriveled up burned and do was the tiny little strip of pretzel around it. The girl was lost not paying attention not friendly at all
