They are great when they're open. I mostly ordered online and picked up. Chicken pastor tacos and guac was a great lunch meal.They closed for Easter break and haven't reopened yet. No signage. The inconsistency sucks.

This place was nasty. Had the Enchiladas and they were Luke warm. The sauce tasted like a bottle of salt and pepper was dumped in it. Visually looked like food pulled out of a dumpster dive. I’m never going back!

Stopped in Eureka for the night... saw Rita's and decided to stop because who doesn't love Mexican food right?? We were greeted by Rita and shown a table. The chips and amazing salsa came quickly after. Our drinks were quick as well. We ordered and our food came out in a reasonable time. It was hot, flavorful, and delicious. The service was friendly and so welcoming. I don't write reviews often, but my husband and I were so happy with this experience we had to write a review for this hidden gem.

I'm glad this business is open and operating, all COVID rules are being followed. We met our friends for dinner and ordered food we do not normally get, the chips and salsa were good, the queso was so cold we had to send it back to be heated. The jalapeño poppers were way over done. I ordered Chile verde bowl with pork tacos, it was all cold, everyone's food was cold, maybe there was a new cook, we have never had food this bad here, the service was good , can't recommend
Spent $35 here and was super excited about my Birria tacos and didn’t even receive my soup on the side. Make sure to check your orders before leaving.

Chomping down on bones in any burrito would be upsetting, but when you bite into bones and your burrito is vegan it's a big issue. Rita's didn't think it was much of an issue, and was actually quite rude during the phone call where I was told I'd get a refund (still waiting), we couldn't eat any of our $50 meal. This is sloppy and gross for a restaurant, what if it were a food allergy and not a preference?

I love Rita's! Dont get me wrong, but when I'm ordering on doordash there isnt places to choose your choice of meat or anthing on pretty much all burritos. Needs to be fixed.
