Ordered from Door Dash, food was fresh and tasty upon delivery as if I had ordered in person all the way in Valley West. Sandwich had decent portion sizes, no mess. Soup was hot, as the bread tasted like it just came out of the oven. Be careful with the jalapenos though--they aren't your candied, mild kind. They are tongue tingling HOT!

So disappointed. We loved this place when they first opened. New owners now. They use the least amount of meat they possibly can on their sandwiches. 15 dollars for 2 pieces of bread one slice of cheese and very little meat. Never going back.

Everytime I have come here or ordered from DoorDash we have experienced disappointment. The sandwiches are always incredibly messy to the point that I can’t eat it. Everytime we order the clam chowder bread bowls from DoorDash, they never give us the bread bowl, just a cup. Way overpriced for low quality food and service.

Given it a second try under new management and still wasn’t impressed. The food generally came out better before the new management took over. Didn’t get a side pickle even though I asked for it. Seems like less meat on sandwiches. Service was better this time than my first experience with new management but not satisfied with the quality.

I feel everyone should know that from what I witnessed there were at least a couple food handling violations. Wearing food service gloves to remove hair or fuzz from apron and continuing to make sandwiches, wearing the same gloves throughout opening of shipped boxes, then putting them in oven mits pressing buttons removing fresh rolls slicing them and making sandwiches is a no. You remove gloves after touching food and replace them if handling other thing before you touch food again. From what I witnessed they wore gloves to keep hands clean not the other way around. When I asked for her to put new gloves on to go back to making my sandwich she was really confused and visibly irritated. I apologized but they didn't get it. I was unhappy to be paying $19 for an 8" sandwich and $2.50 was for the extra au jus. But Now I'm hoping I don't get food poisoning on top it. Please change your gloves for the health of others. Don't push buttons on the wall for oven then open boxes then make my sandwich with the same gloves that's so gross. Ugh.Bit I was made to feel like that bad guy which sucks they don't get it.

I came back to see if that was the case or not. I must say the French dip is delicious not sure if two sandwiches are worth 30.59 but they were very delicious even the bread chosen is tasty. I feel like maybe they are still working out some kinks of the new business, but worth the stop for foodies.
