Stars Hamburgers in Eureka is a true local favorite and one of the best spots in town if you are craving a classic burger done right. It has that laid back, no frills vibe that makes you feel like you are stepping into a piece of Humboldt tradition. The building itself is simple, but the second you walk in and smell the grill you know you are in the right place. It feels local, it feels real, and it delivers every time.

Showed up here on the way through town and it was FANTASTIC. Best burger so far on our trip up the coast. Very nice people in there along with good food. Highly recommended place to eat

The wait was a max wait of 10 minutes and was very good. The price was a great price per person. The burgers are amazing and are very flavorful. I would recommend this place to others.
