Walked in at 5:50 single employee informed me after his current customers he would no longer be taking orders as he had been working since 1 without a break. What kind of idiot manager has a store with only one employee?? How are they supposed to use the restroom?? If your store is open all day you have to allow for employee breaks with additional staff or completely change your hours to reflect closures for breaks. Should this be a Yelp review or a letter to the labor board??

Then she offers a ten dollar discount if we leave her a 5 dollar tip nothing like ripping off your boss for a tip and tatto neck guy was rude and sold us fountain soda with no ice and said he wasnt going to fill the machine then went out for a smoke never going back i used to be a frequent costumer

Always low staff if you have a 30 minute break I would recommend not to go here. They take their time. I've had better time at other locations in Eureka. Multiple people walked out the last two times I was there.

The worse subway I've ever been too. Employee needs A LOT more training and help. Left alone and it probably wasn't his fault. Got a melt and my sandwich is completely melted to each half and broke apart. Do better manager

The phone number through Google is wrong. The website doesn't let you pick your brea . Then to pay, PayPal isn't working with it and it keeps telling you things aren't valid that are because your looking at your card to do it. Very very frustrating

I visit this place a lot since I work nearby. I got to say the customer service is always awesome and they keep the place well kept consistently. Pricing is reasonable and they serve big portions.

Typical Subway shop. Get your sandwiches here. Use the mobile app to place your order ahead of time to make it easier. Sandwiches and salad tasted fine.Plenty of parking space.

last night was the first time in this restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We had a good time with the courteous service, with the fine cuisine and booze and with the decent charge. We will surely visit there soon.

Why is the employee with glasses and long braid still working there. She is so rude and stands right ouside the front door and smokes and spits. Not very appetizing. Because of her we drive all the way down town to the other Subway even though we live only blocks away. I have read so many complaints about her

My cousin and I are here on vacation from Indiana and stopped by this subway and was very disappointed for starters there was only one worker and she seemed to be hating her job there was hardly any chips out and while we was ordering we heard “we are out of that” and she didn’t even go check. And we stopped in closer to 11am and there was no chips and outta certain items. When we would tell her what we wanted on the sandwich’s she kinda ignored us and put whatever she wanted or didn’t put what we asked. She kinda just done her own thing she didn’t say anything to us the whole time we were ordering unless they were “out” but as we sat down to eat we watched this employee grab the breads with no gloves on and put them back in the case and the stuff they were “out of she was putting on her food. Didn’t help she put a very small portion on the sandwiches of meat (lesss than normal) and the bread was burned and the banana peppers were old (I use to work at a sandwich shop back home and we learned how to tell) and these banana peppers were so soggy it was gross. Also the leggings she was wearing was very inappropriate so small we could see through them. Won’t be back
