Everything was good until I pulled out a 12 inch long hair out of my sandwich. I had to pull and pull and finally it came out melted in my cheese and steak attached to it. Yikes.

My kids love Subway. We chose to go to this one for the first time (by the dollar store) yesterday. After waiting in line for our turn, the younger guy working was super rude, never greeted us, and simply said with a scowl on his face, âWhat do you want.âHe seemed miserable and like he didnât want any of us to be there. The two ladies were also uninviting, although the lady at the check stand tried to give me a smile and tried to be kind eventually. We werenât bad customers or anything, my kids were well behaved and were trying to order kindly (although I had to remind them to speak up so the workerâs could hear).I think as a customer, we would hopefully be greeted with a little kindness for coming and purchasing a sandwich from your business, but after being met with such rude and unwelcoming attitudes from staff, I think I would rather take my business elsewhere in the future. With the rising cost of everything, the money we earn and have to spend for a special moment out as a family, I would prefer not to be treated like a horrible inconvenience and irritation.Subway, please donât treat your customers as the bane of your existence. It is not a crazy thing to ask for some basic customer service, like kindness. My guess is the staff are not treated well (by new management), but it is still not an excuse to be terrible to customers.I would have sent this privately to the manager, but I canât figure out how to do that, so a poor Google review it is.

The girl working the counter today at 2:20 was extremely rude and nasty never once changed her gloves went in the back touched everything came back put her hands and everything and then when I walked out cuz I was disgusted she proceeded to take everything off my sandwich and put it back where it goes she's an extremely nasty person I do not recommend the subway

Waited 30 minutes for an order placed on the app. Had to bring it to the workers attention. Took another 10 minutes after that. Then when he "handed" it to us. He placed it on the counter not making eye contact or even acknowledging us. Served about 10 people who came in after us.
