Employees here are ridiculous. Go in with over an hour left until closing. The kid behind the counter pipes off with a smug “we’re out of bread, and it’ll be at least an hour”. Last time I checked people got paid for working, not making up pathetic excuses to sit there with a phone in your hand.

Seems like they're always short staffed. But the friendly people who do work there do a wonderful job. They're typically busy during lunch time. And I've noticed there's always a line on the weekends. Expect a 5 to 10 minute wait, sometimes longer tbh.

I stopped at Subway sandwich in eureka on Harris and when I walked up to the windows were filthy and the tables were all dirty and it's supposed to be under New Management well they need to get better management than that cuz I turned around and walked out it's too dirty in there and nobody wants to eat in a dirty restaurant

Just went in. It was busy. I saw the employee answer her phone, saying it was the manager and that she had to answer it, she answered the phone with her glove on, then immediately after getting off the phone used that same gloved hand to continue: no glove change happened before handling food again. This is not a food safe practice, and as a result, I don't feel comfortable eating here. I walked out as soon as I saw this happen.

I don't really like fast food and don't consider subway fast food and it was disappointing to see they closed every single one in the Humboldt area I dont think even if they do open up again I probably won't be eating thereKid-friendliness: It's very friendly to everyone in the community
The staff here is extremely rude. A member of my party changed her order from a 6” to a foot long before they started putting toppings on it and the person making her sandwich slammed the other half of the 6” down on the counter and shook her head. I worked in customer service for a long time and I know how hard it can be dealing with customers but this was such a minor inconvenience for her to be acting like that. Maybe management needs to look into why their employees are miserable.

Skip this location and go to the subway on 4th Street if you want fast and friendly service! I went there today the first time the cash register was locked that I understood however when I went the second time the excuse that time was the toaster wasn't heated up which I waited 15 minutes before I just walked out of there. The business hours on the door say they open at 8:00 however that is not the case for this location.

I went there today the first time the register was locked ( that I understood) the second time I had to wait 15 minutes because the toaster wasn't heated up.
