When the line is backed up it's REALLY backed up. Can take over an hour to get from the middle of the parking lot to the window. But despite the occasional long wait times, food is consistently good.

This location is better than the McKinleyville location simply because they don't skimp on the ingredients here. Unfortunately the prices are out of control and the low-quality food is simply not worth it. You can get a big burrito from a local place for the same price.
I used to love Taco Bell but the food is just genuinely flavorless these days.

Okay so they brought back the tostada. I was excited. Then I bought one.... apparently tostada making 101 was skipped for this group. I am almost certain they individually counted the cheese shreds for the tostada. It was a very sad thing to see and eat. One tostada had a boat load of sauce and one had a smidge. Will I go back and try again? Yes hoping for better next time.😁

They let the homeless hangout in the dining room and they never clean or wipe down the tables for 20 dollars a hour they all hate there jobs and are incompetent to do there job. Wouldn’t recommend anyone dining in

good food at a great price. It has improved over time. Less of a wait and the parking lot was improved. It takes less than half an hour to get through a big line now.
Kid-friendliness: Taco bell doesn't cater to kids anymore. The staff will be nice but kids just get whatever is on the menu and there is no kids specific food
