Worst Taco Bell I have ever been in. It took 25 minutes for three tacos. The taco shells were stale. The customer service was awful. Might as well rename this to nobody cares.

This location is always understaffed and overworked. The amount of pressure being put on just two people working the line at 3 PM on a Saturday is obscene. It causes orders to come out slowly and everyone suffers as a result. I was curious and checked Indeed-- they aren't even hiring! This is apparently ideal for the Taco Bell company. I'd advise you not to support this location until it can get its head on its shoulders... Very sad.

Taco Bell already is not remarkable food but this location somehow lowers the bar. Every time I've gotten food here the Crunchwrap is a mildly warmed tortilla wrapped around the required contents all stacked on one side. Spread it evenly and actually toast the tortilla please. I give them points for service because the wait is never long, but I'd rather wait longer if it means they actually prepare my food correctly.

They weren't making the order for the lobby or mobile orders, with customers waiting over 2hrs or more. When I asked for the GMs contact info, the staff became rude and would not give me an estimated wait time for my meal. The order is already marked that it is ready in the app.Yet they continue to insist that it is not.

Ordered through app and was stuck in traffic for a hour. Then arrived told me “your pick up was an hour ago and your order was given out. We cannot remake your order” took 30 minutes of back and forth before anything was done. “Here’s the order and next time be faster.” If I was CEO they would be gone immediately. Worst employees I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to over 100 locations across US. Close this location for good. Drive thru after 6pm is like getting in line at DMV
