Was asked for pay for cups of water after buying a full meal for 3. Then had to wait 20 minutes for the order to be prepared with zero acknowledgement from the employees. Pretty disappointing level of service!
When the line is backed up it's REALLY backed up. Can take over an hour to get from the middle of the parking lot to the window. But despite the occasional long wait times, food is consistently good.

1, i was going to pick up a doordash order. They denied me the food since i didnt have a hot bag, although they have not set that as a requirement for order pickup. Went on support and support told them to give me the food. Manager then kicked me out.
2. Asked if they were still soing nacho fries, they said yes. I asked for an order of them and i recieved a baja blast.
Other than that its okay....
