Excellent food, low prices, and huge portions. What's not to love? Have a friend who is an immigrant from China, and this is his favorite Chinese restaurant.

This place has been a local staple for decades for a reason. The food is consistently fresh, portions are generous, prices are fair, and the family who runs it is genuinely kind. I’ve been eating here for nearly 20 years and have never once had an issue with food quality or gotten sick, something I can’t say about every Chinese restaurant in Humboldt.

It’s important to know what you’re ordering: this is classic American-Chinese comfort food, done well. If that’s what you’re craving, you’ll be very happy. Everything is cooked fresh, flavors are familiar and satisfying, and the food is made with care. Reliable, welcoming, and worth supporting.

Favorites include the Chinese chicken salad, which is made fresh to order every time, the cheese puffs, and the sweet and sour chicken, served with the sauce on the side so the chicken stays perfectly crispy (basically elite Chinese chicken nuggets).

Check the menu. 🤤They got what you need, that and more always ask.. longtime Humboldt fam let's go. My favorite is the beef and broccoli. But if you need veggie type, it's all tight 😋 there also.

Food was not as ordered and everyone said that it was edible but wouldn’t warrant a second visit.

This was so bad and tasteless. If I could leave less stars, I would. The sweet and sour pork was served with garlic butter sauce, which they poured over the crab cheese sauce. The Kung Pao was mostly uncooked vegetables and with some tough pork. When I brought this up to the server, she told us that we were wrong.

Definitely not coming back. Waste of money.

We love this place. Great authentic Chinese food. The Sunni Special is one the best dishes in Humboldt County. The service is always top notch.

Do Not waste your money !! The worst Chinese food I've ever had in my life and it's my favorite food .... they literally put those roman noodles cups with some teriyaki sauce and the chicken was just gross 🤢

It was very peaceful and nice, the people working were very sweet and kind, and the food was inexpensive and delicious :) 5 stars would 100% go again

Worst food I've had in a long time that wasn't rotten or spoiled. Some old white man cooks this slop while his Asian wife runs the front. She is the ONLY reason I didn't walk out without paying. Wonton soup was frozen wonton in WATER! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. NO FLAVOR WHATSOEVER. But wait, it's gets worse. Chinese rice was plain brown rice. I think it was supposed to be brown. It didn't taste like it. It didn't taste like anything. Vegetables come right out of the can. Nothing was seasoned or had any flavor. The thing that I found really hard to believe was that we weren't the only people eating in the restaurant. Does this place actually have return business? The only reason this place is still open is because of their drive thru coffee side hustle. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere anywhere else.

Really delicious food. Huge servings which I love. $40 fed 5 mouths. :) better than fast food.
