Great B&G! Just like Mom used to make after a week-long coke binge! Seating was a little basic, and prices a bit high, but that's par for the course here in Humboldt. You can do far worse in this town for more $$$. I give 'em a solid 4/5 biscuits.

Lovely old building. The food was good too. Had the vegan dish but added eggs (I'm not vegan but wanted the veggies). Delish. My one complaint was that I got the hollandaise sauce and it tasted like sour cream instead of hollandaise sauce? It was alright.

The food was really good. The bacon gravy was a little sweet which was weird.

The atmosphere is of course amazing because the building is formerly The Oberon. The service was also very good. I think the food is a bit....ordinary...but it captures a vintage diner feel with options like French onion soup, club sandwiches and coffee. Other choices I've yet to try are the breakfast Benedicts or brie melt sandwich which both look promising!

Asked for a napkins 3 times and never got one. The waitress never came back to see how we were doing. I asked another waitress for mayo and a napkin and still never got it. High priced lunch menu with no condiments offered or mentioned that the bread comes plain. I don’t mind paying a high price for a good meal but not a plain sandwich. I won’t be back and I won’t recommend your restaurant to anyone either. The waitress did comp my Mamosa

Excellent service from a friendly staff. I ordered their special a lobster Bennie on a croissant and it was wonderfully mouth watering. They also served up a strong Bloody Mary. The atmosphere was warm and inviting.Dietary restrictions: They made accommodations for a keto diet.Wheelchair accessibility: They let us wherever we wanted as we had a disabled family member with us.

First time here. We got our order to go which can sometimes make food not as appetizing but not the case with this place. I got the 50/50 eggs bennie (for those that can't decide). It was really a treat, half traditional eggs bennie and the other half is a crunchy chicken strip atop a biscuit with delicious country gravy. The poached eggs on both were perfection. I'm a new fan and will be back to try more.

excellent service and the restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with an elegant ambiance. Breakfast was an absolute pleasure. The egg breakfast was just what I needed in this cold weather and the coffee from Gold Rush wasn't anything like the average burnt cup of joe you might find at a regular diner. The biscuits and gravy were top notch, with little pieces of bacon in the gravy rivaling even the best sausage gravy from around town. the biscuits were clearly made in restaurant and were the lightest and fluffiest I've found in Humboldt so far.altogether, The Greene Lily really puts the classy in classic American eatery.Dietary restrictions: gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian options available for breakfast, lunch and dinnerWheelchair accessibility: There is a push button both inside and outside for wheel chair users to open the door. The regular dining tables seem to be a comfortable height for dining with a wheelchair.

?? "After a rejuvenating hike in Redwood National Park, I found myself in the charming town of Eureka, with a rumbling stomach and high hopes for a hearty breakfast. That's when Greene Lily caught my eye, a local gem right in the heart of town.Stepping inside, I was greeted by a delightful Victorian-style decor that set a cozy and welcoming vibe. The place was buzzing with people, adding to the lively atmosphere. Now, let's talk about the main event – the food. I ordered the country fried steak and my go-to breakfast choice, eggs Benedict. The fried steak was, well, average – nothing to write home about. But the eggs Benedict? Let's just say they were more 'hard-boiled detective' than 'runny yolk artist.' The lack of oozy yolk was a bit of a letdown for an eggs Benny aficionado like myself. However, the gravy was the unsung hero of the meal, saving the day with its flavorful charm. In summary, Greene Lily offers a comfortable spot to sit down, with friendly service that makes you feel right at home. While the food didn't leave a lasting impression on my taste buds, the overall experience was pleasant. It's a nice place to refuel, even if the meal might not make it into your 'best breakfasts' hall of fame. #EurekaEats #BreakfastAdventure #Paul
