Well served portions but nothing enchila, we were 7 adults and we all agreed that all the dishes were sweet, I don't know why the jalapeño poppers were the best, I ordered the lamb and the truth is, it left a lot to be desired, apart from the fact that it was a The dish was a little cold in total. We spent 300 already with the 18% tip that was included in the bill. The service and the spectacular place were very good, but the food did leave a lot to say.

We have been here before a couple of years ago, so while staying at the BW hotel, we decided to go there to eat dinner. We were seated, oreder taken, and we waited... our drinks came no coasters, still waiting for chips & salsa, finally got our waitress and asked for chips and she said 'sure just a moment, our food came to the wrong table, then came to us after our food was delivered, we finally got our water chips and salsa. Same thing happened to other table next to us they had to ask for thir chips and didn't get them intil after the food was delivered. Our waitress never came back to check on us and after not being able to get her attention, I went to the bar to order a second drink because that was good! Bar tender says sure no problem, again we are waiting, 15 more minutes go by no drink from bar tender and I still can't get waitress attention. They are not understaffed and not busy. Finally got her attention to get the bill and go. We got a 10% discount for hotel coupons, so we got charged 1.50 for 2 to go containers. I ordered Aroz con polo pretty good, my husband ordered flautas, they were not crispy, he thought they were warmed in a microwave.

Worst mexican food ever, so bad don't know where to start. Wife ordered taquitos, and ended up with what tasted and looked like a frozen chimichanga, not even close to taquitos or rolled tacos. I had something simple, taco combo plate, taco, refried beans, and rice. Again taco was jack in the box quality, would have been better using Ortega taco shells, and worst beans ever, service was excellent, but definitely need to know mexican cuisine . Chips were passable, but their salsa was watered down to nothing, good thing they had hot sauce in back.

Chips were not fresh. Salsa was red oil. Fish tacos had a weird flavor to them. Smothered burrito was mediocre. Margaritas were okay but way too expensive for the small size. Total bill was $74. Not worth that kind of money.

It's your pretty standard Mexican restaurant, nothing special or extraordinary. The food is good, if not a little on the bland side. The servings are plentiful, and they provide plenty of sauces with the meal such as sour cream, salsa and quacamole.
The food was prepared pretty quickly which is nice, and it was nicely presented as well.
The service is pretty mid. We were waiting for extended periods of time to be checked on, but that could also be due to staff shortage (however it wasn't that busy when we came in), but it is understandable (as someone who has worked in food service, I can't help but sympathize). We weren't checked on for drink refills, which is fine, but for those who are eating spicier food be aware.
There isn't any condiments at the table like sugar packets, salt, pepper, salsa etc, so if you want salt on your tortilla chips you'd better ask.
The workers are friendly, provide a good, friendly atmosphere and interact with each other in positive ways which help the mood significantly. The music is good as well, and the place is kept up nicely.
So overall, it was decent, but not the best I've had.

Food was so bad...server tried to be nice but was embarrassed because she had to deal with our bad experience and the tables beside us too. The manager hid away and left her to try and smooth things out. She said it's hard to give him feedback because he owns like 19 restaurants...guess the God factor was in effect. If I lived in the area I would never support this business...fortunately this won't be a decision I have to deal with. Save your money and go buy some chips and salsa at the local gas station.

Drove all the way here from British Columbia Canada for delicious food, tasty margaritas and great service!
Kid-friendliness: They were very flexible and made a burrito to my son's liking who is very picky. He rated it 10 out of 10.

Service was rude. My son ordered a bean tostada and all they brought out was a shell with beans on top. We asked the server to add lettuce and tomatoes and the typical things on a bean tostada and she said all my son ordered was beans. She made it a thing as opposed to just kindly taking it back and providing what we had asked for. Won't be back here. We Only went here because it was the only thing on OpenTable in Eureka. Find some other place if you're in town.
