Boyfriend and I tried Bento off of Madison Ave for the first time last night. Came in at least and hour before closing. We wanted to try to revolving sushi and were not told that they stopped making new sushi because the traffic was dying down. We were told with half an hour before they closed so we put 2-half orders of sushi and chicken. With about 10 minutes left before they closed, we were told our chicken order was not put in. So we just bought what we ate and left. Sushi was so-so. Used a lot of sauce. Not sure I would go back. Wish the waiters would have explained more about the sushi not being made as we would have just ordered to go. Also appreciate that they were apologetic, but we felt like we wasted our time with waiting on food that wasn't even being made.
Love this place! Reasonable pricing, the staff is so sweet and accommodating and great food!
Delicious! The waitress in the evening is so sweet I didn’t catch her name. Long dark hair. Junior I think is a manager he’s so nice also. We have been there a couple times now and will continue to go back. The lady in the back we overheard her being a little sassy but maybe that’s her personality type. Ide suggest if someone isn’t doing something correctly being a little quieter when reprimanding because your customers can overhear you speaking. The food is absolutely delicious.
Best ever and the customer service is amazing.
My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this spot a year ago, and currently frequent it often! The food and service is great with a fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommend this great restaurant.
Went for lunch and was hoping for the revolving part of the atmosphere but was told that didn't start until 5pm. I never saw a sign stating that. I will say the Crunchy Popcorn Chicken was excellent and there were a lot of different sushi rolls to decide from. The lady that brought my to go order was very sweet and very appreciative that we were there. I think she might have been an owner maybe? I would go again maybe after 5pm though
Very interesting idea with moving plates. I tried a couple from this tape. Very professional staff, kind, responsive. The restaurant is clean and cozy, calm and has a huge menu. I liked everything from the reception of guests to the bill. I would like more seafood on the tape to see and want to try. Special thanks for the fact that the restaurant does not have any kitchen smells. And despite the fact that the kitchen is huge, and the cooks cook, fry constantly, there are no smells from the kitchen. For me, this is critically important in evaluating a restaurant. I definitely recommend it, I will come again.
Time of day is really important. The options can be limited during non peak times. Service can be particularly slow at peak times.
The food is really good, but the all you can eat special is extremely overpriced. More expensive than all you can eat in Palladio which is saying something.

Omg no!!!! What happened to this place!? We have been going here for quite some time and really loved the food, the people that work there, and a nice upbeat atmosphere. No complaints before. But the last few times were totally off-putting. Firstly, I noticed on both visits the nice lady in the back that always smiles and waves to us was not there. Second our rolls were not the same quality both times. Like something was off. Chili oil and tasty pizzazz and flare that made these rolls Soo good, were gone this time round. My wife's bento box came out before the rolls which was fine. But she was almost more than halfway through, I figured ok low staff I get it, it's ok. Then the waitress asked if I'd like anything else and I thought are you kidding me? Unless I ate the plates they would have come on, no of course I didn't get the rolls lol. Then she talked to someone in the kitchen but they looked confused and were whispering like it was the waitresses fault and I said look right here, we ordered right here in the tablet, they said something about it being a take out order? I said the bento and the sushi were ordered at the same time, look if you haven't made them, cancel the order and bring me the check when my wife's done with her dinner. She said oh, yah they started making them. So I sat back down. And by the time my wife was finished with her dinner the rolls arrived. I had to search for a napkin and no attempt by waitress to refill drinks etc. And the salmon teriyaki was off this time around. Things were changing and not consistent these last few visits. Super sad. Hoping the service, quality, purple sushi rice and flavors come back to life, and of course our favorite happy greeting lady in the kitchen. We will still try and give it a go soon. Just can't give up on Bento just yet.

First time here. Tried the all you can eat for $38 and thought that was a bit pricey but wanted to try something new. Confused why the rice had a purple tint to it. But all the rolls we tried were good. Everything tasted fresh and not over cooked. Really enjoyed the ebi and baked lobster roll was our favorite. Wanted to order more but our waiter wasn't really coming to our table had us waiting to order more. Store was clean and not busy when we went st lunch time. Will return
Kid-friendliness: Had options for our 3 year to eat with us. He really enjoyed the French fries

This sushi restaurant was absolutely excellent. I decided to go for the “all you can eat” experience and I was not disappointed. I did not like the iPad service, but Nya was super helpful! She took my order and gave great recommendations while having a wonderful attitude. The portions seem to be smalls if you order rolls off of the all you can eat menu, but I think this is a good thing because it allows you to explore more of the menu for the same fixed price. The ambiance was great, families brought their children and few couples came in to dine. The back of the house seemed to have good attitudes while they worked. The chefs brought their A game. I tried a roll that had smoked salmon, hot sauce and a little bbq sauce? It was very delicious and I think even those who do not typically like fish or sushi would enjoy the piano roll. Some of the food traveling around the room seemed to overstay its welcome, however Nya made it very easy to order fresh rolls straight from the kitchen for no extra cost.
Parking: Easy parking even if you drive a wheelchair
Kid-friendliness: The place had a fun energy, kids seemed impressed at the conveyer system which slides sushi and other rolls seemingly through magic
