This bar and grill is located in old Fair Oaks with an amazing strip of local shops to go walk around and pop into before of after. The service was amazing with Lillian (Lil)! We were seated immediately around noon on a Saturday. They had a wide variety of adult beverages to choose from. Lil suggested the brisket French dip and so I went for it. And OMG was it delicious!!! It's about 8" and packed with smoked brisket that's done there at the restaurant, with grilled onions, melted Swiss cheese and horseradish. Paired with a hearty au jus sauce that just escalates all the flavors! My husband had the Peach Pit burger that was out of this world! This burger has 2 angus beef patties, rosemary aioli, bacon crumbles, Swiss cheese, spinach, and their house made peach chutney, served on a toasted brioche bun. I cant even explain the amount of flavors that explodes in your mouth! Savory, rich and a touch of sweetness from the peach chutney. Both meals were paired with some of the best beer battered fries and ranch. We had both burger and French dip cut in half and shared and still ended up with half to take home! We will for sure be back to try other things, we hear the tacos are amazing too! Can't wait to go back and experience another foodgasm!

My wife & I found this place in Summer of 2024. We gave it a shot & glad we did. We have been back multiple times with our 3 year old & the server with the glasses Katie (I believe that is her name) & the other server with longer dark hair (I forgot her name) are always so nice to us and remember us each time we come in.

I love the Honey Do Chicken Sandwich, The Patry Melt, Brisket French Dip, & Brisket Chili.

They even do trivia nights & have a killer happy hour & lunch specials.

Give this spot a go. You'll be glad you did.

Had the The Cod Father which is "new" it was okay, would recommend they consider using slaw vs mixed greens on it. Mixed been were wilty didn't hold up well. Otherwise not bad. The Brisket Tator Tots were really good also.

Tuesday, 10/22/2024 - We went to eat at Brahma Bar & Grill for the 1st time. Address is 10239 Fair Oaks Blvd, Ste D, Fair Oaks, CA 95628. They are right next door to Shangri-la restaurant in Fair Oaks. There is a small parking lot. Kind of hard to find parking with limited parking spaces. But once you find parking...

Pros
1) you have to wait to be seated. They have outside seating and i saw tables inside, but no one was seated inside.
2) there was a bar with TVs to watch sports inside.
3) two separate bathroom stalls inside. The one I went into was clean and cute.
4) we sat outside since it was sick a beautifulday. The table we sat on looked clean and chairs felt clean. No stickiness.
5) they have happy hour Tuesday - Fridays, 3pm to 5pm.
6) we ordered the Brisket French Dip with sweet potato fries ($21.00). The brisket had a smoked flavor to it and it was falling apart deliciousily. It was so easy to eat. We both loved it!! It was enough to feed 2 people. We were both stuffed. We were going to get dessert, but change our minds after.
7) water tasted good. No funky or metal taste.
8) our server brought us extra napkins just in case we needed it. We did! Thank you for the extra napkins.

Cons
1) our waitress didn't check back on us. We needed water refills and a soda refill. She was busy talking to some other people for a long time.
2) when she finally turned to look towards our way, I flagged her down and asked for a soda refill. With a nice smile, she said she'll get it. But went and seated another couple down and proceeded to talk to them forever too. We sat and waited and waited and waited for our refill. Then we finally realized she's going to be taking a long time, and so we left cash on the table and walked away. Yes, we still tipped.

Conclusion
We like this restaurant. The Brisket French Dip and sweet potatoes fries were made perfectly. It was so delicious! We plan to return. But it'd be nice if there were 2 servers vs one. Maybe there were two and the other one never came back out. Idk. But I only saw one and she was busy. So she couldn't check on the customers if they wanted to order anything else, needed liquid refills, or whatever. I still recommend this restaurant. Service may have not be so great, but foods were great!

Loved the Brahma Bar and Grill. Lillian was our server - so friendly and attentive. She answered of our questions and was fabulous.

We ordered the brisket French dip (amazing), the brisket tacos (delicious) and the salmon with parsnip and potatoes and asparagus (so yummy).

Will definitely come back for the delicious food and the on point service.

The food is delicious. The service is outstanding and I love the patio. I've tried the Lime Chipotle shrimp tacos, chicken Lettuce Wraps, artichoke dip and the loaded fries with Pesto, goat cheese and bacon. Loved all of it. I need to try the Brussel sprouts appetizer next, they smelled so good!

Brahma's Bar and Grill offers entertainment on certain evenings. Live bands and games like Trivia pursuit. The dishes are always great and offer many varieties. What we really love is the great service and friendly attitude of the
staff. Always a joy to be there.
