Been coming here since it opened and get the happy hour nachos to go. I was informed they don’t do them to go, even though I have got them to go for months. The cashier called to mgr to confirm, and yep, no go. I’ll never go back there again. If you don’t want to do them to go, then it should be stated on the flyer they have on the window. It’s false advertising at its best.

I went in to eat inside, about an hour and a half or more before closing time. Specifically ordered the food dine in and when the food was ready we were handed a to go bag… the young woman that served us most definitely had an attitude. The vibes felt off after that interaction, so we took the hint and left. The food was okay, but we didn’t get what we paid for. (Added options that were not received) This location was a let down as other Chando’s locations have been nothing shy of excellent.
It looked like they were renovating so the experience was weird.

If you love tacos (who doesn't?), then Chando's is for you. Wonderful selection of tasty food. Cheerful and friendly service. Did I mention how delicious the tacos are?

This was my first time ever trying Chandos tacos and id have to say I was impressed.. the food was very good but the customer service was incredible by Andres. I ordered through the Chandos website and when the delivery driver got to my house they had brought a completely different order. I called Chandos and Andres answered the phone.. he went above and beyond to ensure my experience was not only fixed but truly enjoyable. He found a way for the food to get delivered and remade the food right before to ensure it was still fresh when I received it. What's even better is that Andres called to ensure that I received my food this time and that everything was correct. I enjoy trying new places and while initially was upset over the experience, I now rate this one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I'm very grateful for the kindness and effort I received and will definitely be returning to chandos and recommending it to friends/family. Thank you Andres!
