I really like Chili's. The people are great and we always have awesome service. My hubby and I decided to eat light and order soup chili and salad. First time. Salad was very good. The soup & Chili was not good. Soup definitely not House made and I've had better out of a can (loaded Potato) don't know if the Chili is House made, but My hubby said it tasted funky and my mom had it last week and did not like it as well.
When I got there, I asked for a table for 4 (2 kids). The host took my name and told me it would be about 10 minutes. Then another 2 parties came in (without reservations) with a group of 4 or larger and were seated right away! I went to the host (different person) and asked why they were seated before my party. They were apologetic and seated my party immediately. The server we had was very kind but the kitchen was very slow. Food was excellent though
Kid-friendliness: The kids menu was great but everything was slow. Not sure I’d bring my young kids here again.

Santa Fe grilled chicken Had the best slow long burn from the sauce it was great not enough to make you regret it but just enough to remind you that you ate something nice n hot 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.

Went for daughter's birthday, and they didn't charge for her meal. The steak was overcooked, and her suf and turf said 12 shrimp. She got 7 in a bowl because it's only the 10oz. That gets the shrimp. So she, my daughter, was irrated.
Everytime I come here it’a a great experience, the staff is friendly, the foods awesome and the prices are decent. Me and my bf always get the 3 for me and we’re never disappointed!

Great place to have a dinner with friends and family. Service is fabulous and the food is good. I always get the Steak Fajitas and Margaritas. Get the Margaritas on the rocks, the blended version was just ok. Have fun.

Was waiting by the register for awhile..and workers passing by, & nobody came to help assist..I usually can wait,but i had work soon..so I literally had to eventually stop a worker to ask if anybody is coming to help by the register..wasted lotta my time😒..

So we travel a lot and we have eaten at prestigious establishments and we eat at chili's sometimes, but usually the service and food are sub par, NOT HERE. The service was great and I HAD THE BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE HERE. The best part? It was only $10.99 for the burger, chips with salsa as a starter, and a drink because there's a lunch promo at the back of the menu. I just asked them to add lettuce and I asked for honey mustard sauce on the side and rubbed some of it in the burger and wow... It exceeded my expectations greatly. My husband had the old timer burger and he said it was delicious and was better than smash burger. The only flaw was that we never got the chips with the trio dip that we ordered and didn't even mention it because we forgot about it since the food was phenomenal. I know I sound like a hobo talking about chili's like this, but I was shocked at the quality of the food and service here. I'm gonna ask them for my trio dip and chips that they forgot to bring out when I go back. 😅
