Please train your employees on the amounts to put in burritos. I’ve never had a problem before but the recent past couple times I went to the location on Hazel, I’ve been given a half scoop of rice, a half scoop of beans, and a couple pieces of chicken. These burritos are $10. It is so inconsistent on who is making the burrito and how much they put in it. There should be a regulation on how much so it doesn’t fluctuate and I leave feeling like I overpaid. My burrito was so small, I almost walked out.

I came to this place today, January 27. Everybody is so nice and kind very clean Countertop chicken food. Everything fresh people look like they’re cooking with love over here everybody smiling amazing food. God bless.

I love the staff and service of Chipotle in general and especially this location on Hazel Avenue at Fair Oaks. My order is little confusing as I order Vegan Bowl and they always take time patiently to customize only what I need.
Today, I had 3 different veggie bowls and each slightly different, so in that process they charged me for only 2 bowls instead of 3. While driving back home, I realized they did not charge me for one, I went back and explained them to take the payment for the other bowl and the store manager was so nice and did not even take the payment saying you are good, you are good!!
I really love the staff at this location and every time I keep thinking they are all so gracious in making customers happy.

What happened to the service here? Sadly it has dropped off and online orders are ignored and given no priority. Perhaps Chipotle does care because they already got our money? Blond braided chick behind the counter needs more training and lessons in respecting customers.

I have been to many Chipotle locations and this one's is so inconsistent in its flavor. It either tastes okay or it tastes terrible. Every other location I go to especially the one in Folsom is consistent with their flavor. Even the chips were kind of stale. The service and the people there were very friendly and nice but the food did not taste good. And it's been like this ever since they first opened it up I don't know what the deal is with this particular location. Before you go to this one head over to Folsom and go to the one on East bidwell.
I’ve gone to this chipotle for quite a while & Until there is a change in management I would HIGHLY recommend going to any other one. You are going to pay way too much , for too little food and more than half of the time treated poorly by most (not all) employees.
For the employees there that are actually trying to do right by the customers you guys deserve better and respectfully I would recommend switching locations or just finding a better restaurant to work for.
I’ve been in there twice while someone who appears to be the boss was in and the whole atmosphere felt awkward. I witnessed him argue with a customer because he asked for a little more meat on the tacos that he skimped him on !! VERY unprofessional. On top of that all of the employees were uncomfortable and on edge. Personally I wont be returning to this location in a long time and I’d advise everyone to do the same unless you’re okay with a low quality in restaurant experience.

Definitely one of the worst Chipotle in town they charge you an arm and a leg and barly gave me any food I dont mind paying but when you're intentionally not giving me not what I am paying for people are going to get upset plus the blond girl with the blank stare needs to be coached on how to properly serve and the metal head girl Definitely needs to lighten up with her crappy attitude

I've been at the location twice in the last two months and both times chicken was completely out with a wait time of 10+ minutes for more chicken (I already waited 8 minutes in line). There were also 4 people already waiting for chicken, so I had to pay extra for one of the other meats for two burrito bowls. Get it together Chipotle. There has to be a better system for preparing for the dinner rush rather than waiting for chicken to run out completely before making more.
