I visit Chipotle often but I was not impressed by the quality of food at this location. It’s not uncommon that they run out of food and on my most recent visit around 9pm, the rice was hard and inedible. I was very disappointed.

Was my first time going to Chipotle. I had only seen a commercial. But what I ordered was the carne asada bowl and it was fantastic 😊. I was extremely pleased. Also the cashiers/ employees were very friendly and very courteous. Was a great experience and the food was fantastic and the sizes of the bowls and burritos were too notch. Thank you for a wonderful experience. l definitely recommend Chipotle 😊👍💯🔥🔥🔥. YUMMY 😋

It’s chipotle and you know what to expect. Nhia was super awesome and made my burrito perfectly. It was busy but she did everything efficiently and a timely manner. The place was clean and was not too loud. There were so many grilled meat going on and it looked so good. Not far from Lake Natoma.

Please train your employees on the amounts to put in burritos. I’ve never had a problem before but the recent past couple times I went to the location on Hazel, I’ve been given a half scoop of rice, a half scoop of beans, and a couple pieces of chicken. These burritos are $10. It is so inconsistent on who is making the burrito and how much they put in it. There should be a regulation on how much so it doesn’t fluctuate and I leave feeling like I overpaid. My burrito was so small, I almost walked out.

I came to this place today, January 27. Everybody is so nice and kind very clean Countertop chicken food. Everything fresh people look like they’re cooking with love over here everybody smiling amazing food. God bless.

I love the staff and service of Chipotle in general and especially this location on Hazel Avenue at Fair Oaks. My order is little confusing as I order Vegan Bowl and they always take time patiently to customize only what I need.
Today, I had 3 different veggie bowls and each slightly different, so in that process they charged me for only 2 bowls instead of 3. While driving back home, I realized they did not charge me for one, I went back and explained them to take the payment for the other bowl and the store manager was so nice and did not even take the payment saying you are good, you are good!!
I really love the staff at this location and every time I keep thinking they are all so gracious in making customers happy.

What happened to the service here? Sadly it has dropped off and online orders are ignored and given no priority. Perhaps Chipotle does care because they already got our money? Blond braided chick behind the counter needs more training and lessons in respecting customers.
