I went at night so it was quiet there plenty of seating available for my party. The staff were all friendly and helpful in explaining questions we had.
The food was all made well with nice serving sizes, definitely need to share the appetizers with a person. They were all tasty and would like to go back and try more.

Tyler was our server and he was phenomenal. We had a large party with people arriving and ordering at different times, and Tyler managed everything seamlessly. He was friendly and patient. We know we’ll get good service if we have Tyler again next time we come back to Dad’s.

Edit for reply: Of course! I personally felt they could have used some freshness. Maybe some pico de gallo, cilantro, more avocado, pickles onions, etc. There are probably better ideas too but overall it was just a little heavy.

Dad's burger wasn't as consistent as the OG Land Park location (R.I.P). I thought it wasn't as juicy and was very light on the blue cheese. Maybe it was just an off day. It wasn't bad, just not as good as what I'm accustomed to. The server was great, she was really nice and got us what we needed. This location is a bit out of the way, but they still make great burgers.

We had driven by Dad's Kitchen a number of times so we finally decided to try it, and I am so happy we did! The beer selection was delicious and the Mac & Cheese was amazing! We tried the Cowboy Burger, Fish & Chips, and Brussel Sprouts which all tasted great.
