Dutch Bros is always an enjoyable experience no matter which location you go to.
It was my new puppy's first time getting a Pup Cup. They took great care in making his treat as good as mine. I would definitely return.
Props go to Preston and his crew. This was a super busy location, but they took care of everyone with excellence and efficiency. Great job!

Drive through coffee. It’s simply the best. Wide range of options, unlimited customizations and the atmosphere is always chill unless there’s a sticker drop then it’s every man for themselves.

☄️11/29/25 I visited the Dutch Bros at 4625 Manzanita Ave, Carmichael, CA on 11/26/2025 and ordered a medium Tiger’s Blood Rebel (Coconut & Strawberry). I specifically requested the ice in a separate cup so my young son could enjoy the drink later that day. A young man with glasses assisted me at the drive-thru.
When I received my order, one cup was full of ice, and the other was only halfway filled with the drink (see attached photo). I paid for a full medium, yet received significantly less than expected. I reached out via email to address the issue and attached the correspondence here for reference.
As a customer trying something new, this was disappointing. Accuracy, consistency, and respect for customer requests are essential for a quality brand experience. I hope Dutch Bros uses this feedback to ensure clear communication and correct fulfillment of orders moving forward.

I only get the Golden Eagle here so can't speak to anything else, but I love this drink. It's the only place so far I've been able to get a sugar free (not without sugar, but with their sugar substitute syrups) coffee and still love the taste. Service can be slow sometimes and once in a blue moon they make a minor mistake (like iced instead of blended). Price is steep for a coffee ($7 for medium) but same as Starbucks and I'd rather come here.

We always come here but today the entered in our drinks all wrong. Said a Coldbrew but he put in just an anialator. Same thing with another drink so all that money down the drain and then the line was too long to go back thru the drive thru since we also have a baby in the car, so was very disappointed.
