Loved this place. Very comfy, civilized. Excellent bread, Caesar salad, and Bolognese! My Scampi sauce was a little too rich due to excess cream, but flavor was there. Service exemplary!

This is an absolutely wonderful neighborhood restaurant. The quality is more fine dining and both the seating inside and the patio are lovely. They don't rush you out, so we had a family birthday party and everyone could hear each other and we didn't feel like we had to hurry up and eat. It is the birthday lady's favorite restaurant - wish there was another one in Elk Grove! food is consistently excellent and service is considerate, if a bit slow due to perceived understaffing. Trying to catch them on the phone is a challenge. I literally called back the minute I saw a missed call and no one called me for a week to respond to my message. Then when they did call and I missed the call I again called back immediately and it again went straight to an answering machine and I got no call back from my message to clarify their inquiry. So I was not sure what we were going to encounter when we arrived. I thought maybe a trainee was making the calls but it turned out to be a manager, so I'm confused by the phone thing. It created some stress because it was a BIG birthday party and I wasn't sure what the no response meant. Sorry to be picky but it did scare me.

Dinner was ok. Slow service. Decated wine and poured sediment in decafer...not sure kitchen ussue. Oddered appetizer and took forever. .right after delivered they served makn course. Been there a few times. Conistsnly average .

We love dining at Fabian's. The menu is both inventive and traditional. The quality of the food is consistently high. The staff is friendly, well trained and make every effort to make sure your dining experience is enjoyable.

Wednesday half off bottle of wine was chardonnay & it was pleasant. Foods were good & I took 2 girl friends who never been there & they were happy. Definitely my go to place!

Wonderful Easter brunch. Food was delicious and service was stellar. If you want to have a special meal or just go out to dine, this is definitely the place to go. Great atmosphere.

Love this place! We love going into this restaurant almost weekly. The staff is amazing, makes you feel very welcome when you come in. We love the outdoor dining in the spring and summer. Scott and Katie at the bar are amazing as well! Love the food, would highly recommend their brunch and dinners.

What a terrible experience. Why would you allow customers to first, make a reservation for 15 mins before you close....and then not honor a grace period you admittedly have for all other reservation times. And to be totally candid, have the nerve to be rude about it and especially when the customer tells you they drove from the Bay Area.... and refuse service for being 7 minutes late. The "hostess" with colored hair is rude in person and over the phone.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times. My favorite is their brunch. The menu is limited but everything good. Only issue this last visit was poor service. Granted they were busy but our waitress had difficulty remembering we were there. Had to get her attention and prompt her for food and drink delivery. Seemed they had plenty of help so doubt if she was overwhelmed. Too bad.

We had such a great server and was thrilled with our experience. I really appreciate how the staff made sure to tell my guest happy birthday throughout the evening. So kind and genuine hospitality. I always love coming back here. Thank you!!!

First time here. Tastes ok, but the portion sizes suck. My partner and I ordered the short ribs, and I got a pasta dish for The end total was $70, for a VERY small portion... and I mean SMALL! Didn't even come with salads or anything?! Not coming back.

Been to Fabian's numerous times over the past several years, and it's always been great food and great service there. Their patio seating is especially pleasant during warmer weather. Highly recommend!

Disappointing food and atmosphere. Portions were small and food was just average. Atmosphere not great. A fancy restaurant with a bare wood table and no table cloth or placemats, candles or flowers. Just no ambience with dark windows without window treatments. Didn't feel special even though it was expensive. Birthday dessert was offered but then we were charged for it. Bread was really slow, so waitress said she would take it off the book. But it wasn't. Just nothing special.

I've been to Fabian's before for dinner outside on their patio which is always great. Had brunch for the first time here and it didn't disappointment. My group had reservations, but the inside dining room was too busy. I ordered the French toast which was really good and had a latte. Everyone in my group seemed to enjoy their food. Service was friendly and the servers were very attentive which is the same for their dinner service. Would return for brunch or dinner again if I'm nearby.

Went here for Sunday brunch. They take reservations, which is nice. At 11am, they were not too busy. Still some empty tables and patio seating available. I got the lobster Benedict and it was good. Lots of big pieces of lobster like claw meat. I also got their tiramisu and enjoyed that was well. Service was great. Water was constantly being refilled. Plenty of parking. Appeared they have heat towers outside for those chilly dinner nights. Would return if ever in the area.
