Never again! Went in for lunch on Sunday. Service was sooo slooow! We shared a cheeseburger cooked medium. Almost finished our beers before the food finally arrived. The burger was overcooked, dry and not even lukewarm. I took one bite of the dried out burger and that was too much. Luckily the fries (though cold) and the beer were good. Service was practically nonexistent, our server never checked in on us. When the lady with the payment computer on her arm finally made it to our table so we could pay for the disgusting food she asked if I wanted a box for my almost completely untouched share of the "cheeseburger" I told her absolutely not. Did she follow up with asking if there was an issue with the food? Nope. When I told her the "cheeseburger" lacked cheese she asked if I wanted more cheese. Nope too late. When I told her the food came out cold and was inedible she said ok. That's it! Ok!! She never apologized or tried to make it right. Horrible service and terrible food. I'm only giving two stars because, as I said earlier, we liked the beer and the fries which are pretty hard to mess up. So many better places to spend your money. Don't bother paying for terrible service and bad food.

I haven't been here for years. I couldn't even remember what kind of food they had. We decided to try it out again a few nights ago, and It was really good. They have a nice variety of food and beers. My wife got a cider and I got a peanut butter stout. It taste exactly like peanut butter. I liked it. We also ordered a few things to share. We got a pizza, some pulled pork tacos and a burger. My daughter ordered the macaroni and cheese. Even though I didn't try it, it looked good and she liked it. I will definitely come here again, and much sooner next time. They have outdoor and indoor seating, which is nice.

They have excellent, ultra attentive service, and is a great place for a beer out on the patio. I myself love the pineapple cider. I wish their menu were a little more simplified, you have to sort out what time and what day things are available. It would be nice if they just had menus applicable to when you were there. The food is just ok, nothing is amazing or their special thing, and I've tried nearly everything. The two things I've enjoyed are the garlic fries, and the Friday menu Brussels. But, you can't beat the vibe and service.

The menu states they have a rotating IPA on tap. Asked the server which beer it was and they said they had to check. Came back later and told me the name. I asked what it tasted like, and they said they didn’t know and then got argumentative saying I asked for an IPA and it just tastes like an IPA. OK… so I ordered it. They then brought me a Pilsner. I asked another server to bring me the IPA since that is what I ordered. Well, at least the patio is nice.

Always enjoy coming here, and definitely a local favorite. The food is always amazing, and the beers are always cold. The server staff are amazing and incredibly attentive and the atmosphere is un-matched for the area.Parking: Parking can be tight, but my 2500 fit no problem. Street and parking spots can sometimes be full for a distance so prepare to have to walk a minute and up or down some hills.
Such a friendly neighborhood place! Finally had a chance to try the sushi. The choices lean a little spicy for me, but it was fresh and well prepared. My aunt left her jacket behind and they were so thoughtful and generous in making sure we got it back-- so when I picked it up I had to stay for breakfast! Delicious bloody Mary and omelette, and love the crispy potatoes!
Not sure what happened. Got a table inside easily. Ordered our drinks which came out fairly quickly. Then we didn’t see our server for at least 20 minutes. Had to grab another server, who I think was the owner, to order more drinks and food. She was very short with us and not friendly. We ended dealing with six different servers and the pizza came out 20-30 minute after the other main dishes were served. Apparently the pizza oven was backed up… no one told us until it was too late. At that point I wasn’t hungry anymore. There were no apologies, nothing. When it can time to pay, a server stood there hovering while we split the bill. Made us feel uncomfortable, because we would not have tipped 20% or 18% which were the only options, unless you figured out a custom tip. But with the server hovering, we didn’t feel comfortable doing that. Just a bad feeling all around.

Fair Oaks Brew Pub is a warm welcoming environment! The food is delicious and the portions perfect! The wait staff is outstanding. They are engaging and attentive and bring people back. Finally I can't say enough for the owner, Wei who makes you feel like family. Her warmth and empathy truly touch us deep in our being. How lucky we are to have this place and these people in our community!!
