Even though the interior isn’t particularly stylish, it seems like a good spot to enjoy beer with friends or have chicken with kids while watching a game.

Did a pickup order and there were missing items. Tried to call the store and their phones don't work (surprise surprise they have never worked since this location opened). Tried the "contact us" button on the bottom of their website and nothing came of that either. Since I live 20 minutes away I did not come back that same night. Came in the next morning and was told it was "Store policy they can't do anything the next day" and that I'd have to send an email to a Gmail account and that I'd hear back in a few days. I told him it was completely unacceptable and called a different location, told them the situation and they directed me to the proper source to get the refund. I wasn't surprised that it wasn't a random Gmail. While calling the correct number to get a refund i could see them inside the store smiling and laughing. The wings that we did get were alright, but due to the service I won't be returning.
To the owner of this location you need to fix your phone and give your employees proper training to avoid these issues in the future.

I asked for my wings to be well done I got my order I touch my wings I put my fingers all over my wings I told them that they were not well done and instead of throwing the wings away the guy who prepares the food refried those same wings that I just touched and put them back in the same greasy box that I just sent back and gave it to me I was so tired that I did not have the energy to fight with him but I will be returning these wings tomorrow I will put them on my refrigerator and I will return them and they will give me a refund I just had to place another order at the antelope location who has very great customer service wings always on point and I should have never went with sunrise

I will say as far as Wings go this place was pretty good my only problem was the place was a bit dirty we got there when it opened and it looked like the floors hadn't been swept from the night before and the tables were filthy I had to get napkins from the restroom to wipe the table down

Have been to quite a few different Fire Wings but this one stands out by far! The service here is amazing they make sure you have everything you need and not to mention Curtis at the front is more than welcoming and made sure we had the best experience!

Good customer service. It was my first visit and I decided on a chicken sandwich. Tried it with Saigon sauce and it had a good flavor. The chicken itself was good, cheese and lettuce were fine too, but the bun was hard. Not toasted, but stale hard. Next time I think I’ll get wings instead.

This is the 2nd order I received with mini wings. This time they were dry on top of being meatless! The sides are awesome, which is why I came back after the first time. Wing Stop’s wings are huge compared to Fire. Totally disappointed.
