Good burgers. Manager said the order took too long and gave me a $10 gift card for next visit. Good proactive guest retention.

We arrived and there was no queue so we've been served super fast, the burgers were good as always with Five Guys, the very large choice of drinks + the free refill is always a plus ! Staff was super friendly, very good experience !

I came during lunch time on a Friday afternoon. I was greeted immediately by the gentleman behind the counter named Nick. He took my order and got right to making the food. Fries just as they should be soft inside and crunchy outside. Burger was impeccable. Very respectful and nice employees. The manager (short colored hair) was cleaning the while time I was dining. Hard working nice employees and great food. Prices these days makes five guys worth it. From a former employee id expect nothing more and I enjoyed my visit. Thanks yall

But...there were only 3 guys?
In all seriousness, definitely one of the best places for a shake. The burger was good, though not particularly extraordinary. The fries could have probably done better with 15 degrees less but a longer cook. Loved the vibe. Personally, I liked the food more than at In-N-Out, but the prices here are way too steep. 30$ for what is essentially a burger combo is too much.

Ok, lots of extra fries and 'free peanuts'...but $10.99 for a Small cheeseburger ...when I could have gotten a ENTIRE MEAL ...was NOT WORTH IT! . Burger fave McDonald's energy and I stopped eating them 25 years ago...and the small amount of meat for the price had the nerve to be Mooing, AKA undercooked/ Very Pink...ruined my lunch...and I didn't have time for a remake.

First time to Five Guys this evening. Thought it was a to pricey at first but the regular size burgers are doubles! And the “Littles” are singles. But still a good size burger. And fresh and very tasty. Good customer service. I wasn’t standing there for long till I was greeted and helped even though they were kind of busy. I’ll definitely be back. The burger and fries were pretty good. Just a tad on the pricey side. But not a deal breaker for me. I wasn’t able to find a good pic of there menu on google maps. So here ya go. Hope it helps!
