We absolutely love Gluten off! Delicious food, friendly and thoughtful staff and a relaxing atmosphere! We love their burgers, pizza and pastries! Most of all, we love having a safe place for our 8 year old daughter to eat.

Best white bread I've had in 12 years

I have been to this bakery several times. I’m a Celiac and was thrilled to see this shop pop up just down the street from my house! I can’t say that I love their sourdough- it’s a little too dense and gummy for me BUT their other offerings are fantastic! Their pastries and cookies are spot on! Their chicken wrap with everything on it is my new favorite. I also love their cheesy pretzel bread and cheese cake! They even have slices of pumpkin & apple pie that I’ll be picking up for Thanksgiving. If you’re gluten free this is definitely your place!

Highly recommend this place! I have celiac disease so finding places that can accommodate my diet can be tricky. This place has the absolute best gluten free soft pretzels!! Their sourdough rounds are amazing! Tons of pastries to choose from as well as a vast array of vegan items. Had the avocado toast and vegan cheesecake and they were to die for.

Stopped by today and wow — what a **hidden gem** in Fair Oaks! 💛 I tried the **feta cheese wrap**, and it was absolutely **delicious** — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked! 🥙💥

Leona and Anna are such **amazing managers** — super friendly, quick, and welcoming! 🙌 The service was fast and full of smiles 😄. The place itself is **very clean**, cozy, and filled with so many tempting goodies 🍪🍞 — from cookies to artisan sourdoughs that I can’t wait to try next time! 😋

I love that they offer **tons of vegan and gluten-free options**, so everyone can enjoy something here! 🌱💚

Absolutely incredible! My wife has Celiac disease, and Gluten Off Bakery is the safest, most flavorful spot we’ve found. Everything is truly gluten-free, and the variety is unmatched—pastries, sandwiches, desserts, all amazing.

The staff is kind and attentive, and the owners genuinely care about their customers and the GF community. Safe, delicious, and run by wonderful people. We love this place! ❤️❤️

I went for the first time the other day. CHERRY TART yum. I did get a cinnamon roll, was not a huge fan. But the TART will keep me coming back. I did get a loaf of the OLIVE bread. Yes the loaves are smaller, but I sliced it then put it in the bag in the freezer. I toast a piece whenever and put butter on it. ITS IS THE BEST. Way better than gluten free bread from the store. You just need to keep trying things to find out what items you like. I recommend going.

Lianna at the counter was super helpful. She added an additional meat to my sandwich for me. She also provided me with a plastic cup and ice to go for free. The place is adorable, pretty affordable, and clean. The bathrooms were clean and nice. The bread on my sandwich was really good. Great consistency and flavor. We had sandwiches, a cherry tartlet, and a merengue roll. All were delicious. The coffee and tea we had were presented so nicely and tasted very good. We will go many miles out of our way to visit here whenever we drive through the area.

First time there today. We will be back again. The food and service were amazing.

Everything IS gluten free AND there's options for both carnivores and vegans. I regret not taking any pictures, but the fact there's no leftovers says a lot, lol.

I will definitely be back before I fly back home and return when I come back!

I love this place so much! The food is excellent! The atmosphere is peek and the guys there are really nice.
100/100 this is what cafes should be. Also great music comfortable seating and mellow lighting. I could come here even with a migraine
