Sandwiches made were balanced and tasted fresh. Check your order as I've received 2 wrong sandwiches. I ate what they gave me but wasn't what I asked for or what I was in the mood for. With that said I like the bread they use, the produce is fresh, and the sauces are applied liberally. I wish there was more meat. It's like a Subway amount instead of NY Deli amount. The bacon was limp and they didn't have all the options available to recreate my favorite sandwich from another shop. I'll still visit again when convenient.

Everything in this place is homemade from scratch. I mean everything! The pesto to the cookies?. The sandwiches are the perfect ratio of vegetable and meat. The meat is a perfect thickness and isn’t salty at all.

Found this deli choosing "find the nearest deli" when I asked Google. What a find it was.
Here is my experience: -At first step in, I was greeted. -Nice enjoyable music playing. -Floors were clean and neat. -Menu was clean and clear.
I ordered a chicken sandwich, forgot what it was, but, AMAZing, and I am picky. The chicken is nice and tender. Bread homemade per the person tending to me, which I assume was one of the owners as she seemed to be in good control of the place.
Sandwich details: Large, but not too large and well priced for what you get! Chicken was very moist. Mediterranean sauce was very very good. The toppings were carefully laid on the sandwich with perfect pairings throughout. The sandwich was so good, that I wanted another and I don't say that often. You also get a side salad or macaroni. I chose the mac salad, which also was great, not too much salt and had carrot bits in it, which was a good addition. On top of all this, they give you a homemade chocolate chip cookie. The sandwich was also nicely presented in a sandwich basket lined with inviting paper and the sandwich was carefully wrapped in paper then cut in half.
Overall: For foodies around this area, I strongly recommend that you visit this establishment. It is a true "Hidden Gem".

Great sandwich spot - couldn't decide between a breakfast burrito or breakfast sandwich, so got both, and thought they were both great! Glad Ramzi decided to move his deli to Fair Oaks - would recommend as a great option for breakfast or lunch. The homemade cookies are good, too!
A very tasty little local sandwich spot both of us were very happy with our food. The Mediterranean chicken sandwich was delicious and I like the pesto and chipotle sauces. We will be back again for sure.
