Worst food quality I have ever encountered, I ordered ahead and was five minutes early, so I was not concerned that my order was not ready right away. But the Cheddar Tomato Twist was rock hard even after heating! Obviously at LEAST a day old, and I'd guess considerably more! Not edible! The Peach perfect was delicious as usual, but oddly not really the smooth smoothie I've grown to expect. Disappointed overall. Too much trouble to bring the food back, and that's especially frustrating. UPDATE: Within a day, the local management team issued me a refund for the portion of the food that "offended" me. I was genuinely impressed with the speed of their response and completely satisfied with the resolution. Will continue to patronize and hope for the promised improvement.

I was just in there. 830ish. One person I seen working and helped me. Josh seemed liked his day started off wrong. He was short with his answers and attitude gave me, Why are you here? Juice great atmosphere and service tucked. Made me uncomfortable!

The employee and so called "manager" refused to serve me 2 orange juice because it was past served time at 7:20 pm even though they closed until 8 pm.

Sunday at 12:30 I’m the afternoon my daughter and I walk in. We’re the only customers and the two employees behind the register ( curly red haired girl and curly brown haired young man)couldn’t bother to look up or say hi. We approached them and I said hello, to which I received blank stares like “ what do you want”. I asked which one of the two could help me since they were both behind registers . They both pointed at each other. Finally the young man taps his register and asks what I’d like. This type of service makes people not want to come in ever again. So, this is the first and last time we’ll come here.

JOSHUA was amazingly kind and professional today. In a hurry, I accidentally called Jamba "in Fair Oaks" versus "on Fair Oaks (Blvd)" (20 mins away). It was my mistake and caused him extra work, for which I apologized. He was very professional about it, which in turn has me interested in visiting this location the next time I'm in town. THANKS for keeping the customer service bar high!

Stopped in here to get my granddaughter a strawberry banana smoothie after school. $5 literally down the drain, that's where it went when we got home. It was so bitter it was undrinkable

I’m inside waiting to order, there were 4 employees working and no customers inside, employees were acting like they were so busy to serve me but when I walked out and drove by them, they were serving others that walked in.
Came in and asked for custom order. Some specific fruits, ice, almond milk. I just wanted to dodge the sugars from juice and sorbet.Absolutely didn’t get what i asked for, i even caught them as they were pouring the juice and asked them to not have juice, and everything got awkward and challengey from the dude making it. I wound up begrudgingly rolling over cuz i wasn’t in the mood to battle. And maybe it would be good. It wasn’t. They could tell i was dissatisfied and didn’t offer to remake.Don’t know why it was so hard to make it to order but it sucked, was overly sweet, and $9 wasted.

I love this place Jamba has the best energy shots they got me through so many graveyard shifts without a crash like coffee, yet a better alert feeling like taurine but without the need to use the restroom every 15 min that red bull causes. The staff is always really fun.

Ive been taking my reusable Starbucks cold cup to various Jamba Juice locations for a few months now, mostly because of the 20% off discount for bringing in a clean reusable cup that fits the size youre ordering.I came to this location today, and the lady rung me up for full price. I asked for the 20% discount for a reusable cup, And she launched into a diatribe about how that discount only applies to Jamba juice branded reusable cups. I said I've used this cup at other Jamba juice locations multiple times, and she continued her diatribe about how the other locations shouldn't have given me the discount. Upon leaving I read the entire promotion on the front door, and there is no stipulation requiring a branded cup. I will not be returning to this location, and instead go to any other location in the area.That person isn't interested in reducing plastic waste, she just wants you to buy her overpriced cups.
