Worst food quality I have ever encountered, I ordered ahead and was five minutes early, so I was not concerned that my order was not ready right away. But the Cheddar Tomato Twist was rock hard even after heating! Obviously at LEAST a day old, and I'd guess considerably more! Not edible! JOSHUA was amazingly kind and professional today. In a hurry, I accidentally called Jamba "in Fair Oaks" versus "on Fair Oaks (Blvd)" (20 mins away). It was my mistake and caused him extra work, for which I apologized. He was very professional about it, which in turn has me interested in visiting this location the next time I'm in town. THANKS for keeping the customer service bar high!
