Jersey Mike's Subs

We have come to this location several times and been very satisfied. Today my boyfriend stopped in for our usual, a roast beef and provolone, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and peppers. It was not the same sandwich. The cheese and roast beef were sliced ridiculously thin. They usually heap the meat on and put plenty of cheese on our sandwich. Today there was less than half the amount of cheese and meat! It was seriously pathetic. They didn't even try to compensate/mask the tiny amount of meat with extra lettuce or any other toppings he ordered. Those were also skimpy. There was even only a miniscule amount of mayonnaise. He's too kind to have said anything on the spot, but I don't think this is right. The price of this sandwich is nearly $20. We don't mind paying that for a nice sandwich, but this was way, way off the mark. What ingredients we got were fresh, but we feel really ripped off.

I hadn't tried Jersey Mike's before. It was delicious. Hands carved meat, cut as you ordered it. Super fresh vegetables. A very big step above sandwich chains we would more commonly think of

OMG! I'M IN LOVE! With Jersey Mike's ? I'm never going to those so called sandwiches places again. This is the real, best and greatest sandwich place there is. The flavors are spot on and it's delicious! I WANT SOME RIGHT NOW, AGAIN! Soooooooooooo Gooooooood!!!

Everyone that works here is very kind. My gripe is with the sandwich itself. It's absolutely overpowered by the mountains of lettuce (which I assume is used to make the sandwich look full since the paper thing slices of meat are doing the trick) and then drenched in oil and vinegar to where the bread is soggy by the time I'm home (3 minutes away).The bread is chewy, the veggies taste old and oxidized, I just don't understand how this is a representation of an East coast sub or even a decent sub in general. Also the pricing is crazy. I got two sandwiches (same sandwich, one giant - which is a little over a foot long, and one regular) for $35. I'd give it 1 star if not for the kind people.

I've always heard great things about Jersey Mike's subs, so I was eager to try this location that recently opened up in Fair Oaks. Walking in, we greeted by the friendly staff, who patiently offered suggestions and helped us select our first-ever Jersey Mike's subs!I opted for the Big Kahuna Chicken, 86 mushrooms, because I love spicy food and it has jalapeños. The flavors of the ingredients really stood out and worked wonderfully together and I was very satisfied with my selection!We now understand exactly why Jersey Mike's has such an outstanding reputation among sub sandwich places. Everything was extremely fresh, and the textures were on point from start to finish. The only thing to remember is that there is no inside seating at this location.As a first-timer, I really enjoyed my experience at the Fair Oaks Jersey Mike's location. The authentic vibe, friendly and efficient service, astounding flavors, and value pricing all exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely look forward to visiting again. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!
