Been to this location in the Safeway parking lot 3 times and they’ve failed everytime. Last time was 7:30pm on 10/21/24, the tacos were cold the cheese didn’t even melt, I asked for taco sauce and the girl with braces said “okay it’s in the bag” it was not in the bag, the beans were cold in the burrito as well. Barely any cheese on the burrito. Go to any location but this one, the last two times the food was terrible too, bad lettuce once with cold meat and they always forget my sauces. Have to go in myself everytime.

I recently dined in at this restaurant and ordered tacos. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The food was excessively greasy, and the service left much to be desired. The ambience was also poor, with a non-functional air conditioner and numerous house flies that made it nearly impossible to enjoy the meal.

The restaurant has a high degree of cleanliness and they also have a special driveway for take-out meals. I recommend visiting it at least once or more per month.
Ladies working at this location today are stellar! My kiddo said this was the best taco he had ever had, and they were so kind to help us out as we were unfamiliar with the style of tacos. We absolutely loved it!Facility was clean, music not too loud, had a terrific lunch today!
I love Jimboy's tacos. I have a. Very poor appetite now, due to cancer. When I can't eat a cold sandwich, their tacos are great to fill me up. Love the fact that they built one down the street. The only thing they need to work on is the communication at the drive thru. The intercom is pretty bad.

Jimboys has always been a favorite for us. Over the years, there have been several items on their menu that we have enjoyed but their tacos are my favorite. The parmesan on the shell has been an inspiration to my families kitchen. They truly are a Sacramento favorite. The service is always nice and they did a great job designing the store with modern decor.
Vegetarian options: You can order the tacos with beans and there's are lots of items with beans and potatoes.

I visited Saturday night at 7:45. Nobody in front of me or behind me. I waited at the window for over 10 minutes. My food was sitting there for a while and the girl was mopping and flirting with a boy who walked in and ignored me. I got no utensils to eat my food and no sauce I asked for. The guacamole is gross. Not even sure if it's made out of avacados. Disappointed.
The food was great. The staff was great. The 57 cent credit card surcharge that was marked anywhere is perceived to be sneaky and dishonest.

Surprisingly clean business and food isn’t horrible as expected. Way too high of prices for the ingredients in the food tho just go to a real Mexican restaurant

We are diehard lifetime Jimboy’s fans; But we just had our worst meal ever tonight. The beans were in only about half of the bean burrito. The taco salad was missing half of the ingredients and the taco meat was just ground beef without any seasoning. Sadly, this is the third time we have had a bad meal at this location. Sadly we won’t be back to this location.

My husband tries to get crispy shell tacos like he gets at Denios Auction every time we go to various Jimboys locations. He says this particular Jimboys is close to his favorite “auction tacos” !
