Ladies working at this location today are stellar! My kiddo said this was the best taco he had ever had, and they were so kind to help us out as we were unfamiliar with the style of tacos. We absolutely loved it!Facility was clean, music not too loud, had a terrific lunch today!
I love Jimboy's tacos. I have a. Very poor appetite now, due to cancer. When I can't eat a cold sandwich, their tacos are great to fill me up. Love the fact that they built one down the street. The only thing they need to work on is the communication at the drive thru. The intercom is pretty bad.

Jimboys has always been a favorite for us. Over the years, there have been several items on their menu that we have enjoyed but their tacos are my favorite. The parmesan on the shell has been an inspiration to my families kitchen. They truly are a Sacramento favorite. The service is always nice and they did a great job designing the store with modern decor.Vegetarian options: You can order the tacos with beans and there's are lots of items with beans and potatoes.

Worst food in the world! Not worth the paper they use to package it. Save your money and hope that the next restaurant that replaces this retched place is better. I cannot believe this place stays in business. Come on Sacramento, you're better than this. I would compare this to a Taco Bell ground beef burrito that had been sitting on the counter for 4 days before they serve it to you. If that's not bad enough, they charge you $7.50 for it.

Food is overpriced and they always get our order wrong every time we go to the drive thru. Had to go back twice to get order correct. They offered a refund but we never got it. They need to keep up with better service than this.

This is for the location at Hazel/Madison with the drive-thru. AVOID. Several bad experiences with current staff and food quality. Ordered a #1 2 beef tacos and a coke for dine-in. Was served old beef that was pink in the middle. I immediately brought it to their attention, and they apologized saying, "Oh sorry it's not raw sir, we use beef from last night mix it in with today because drive -thru is so busy" WTH Same story with the salsa bar. One time I got there at opening and the salsa was really low, obvious reuse from the day before. Not clean. There's also young male employee who works register who says PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT about a million times when you order your food. He got rude and attitude us out of nowhere when we asked if we could have some salsa. They were in the process of pre-closing the salsa bar and didn't want to break-it out for us. Obvious to me now why There's usually not many people in the joint. I recommend other locations. This one needs a health inspector and clean up

Couldn't review the food because I decided to get a refund on it. When I walked in, I noticed an employee eating in the kitchen while cleaning. I was trying my hardest to not feel some type of way about it, since I wanted to understand that maybe she was hungry. However, everything changed once I notice her start on my food without washing her hands or putting on some gloves.

I have had enough with this place!!!! EVERY SINGLE time they forget something!! Added avocado to tacos get home they are not in tacos, ask for chips and paid not in bag! The language barrier is frustrating at times and this location honestly sucks. It's convenient down the street but I'm sick of paying for items that are not in bag and the order is always screwed up. Then they want meet to tip??? Hell no. GET BETTER JIMBOYS!! 0 STARS

We do not have a Jimboy's where we live so everytime we come down here we stop. This is by far the cleanest fast food I've ever been to and the bathroom is impressively clean.

On more than one occasion there is no one there after they open and cars are lined up. One time more than an hour afterwards. It's get ridiculous.
Let me just say that this is the cleanest fast food place I've ever been in. The dining area is very clean but the bathrooms are sparkling. I had to write a review about it because I'm so tired of businesses not caring anymore. Plus the tacos taste good and the staff is always nice. Nice job fair oaks jimboys and thank you.

Was not impressed this time around. Have been to this location over twenty times without trouble before. Was the only one in the drive thru and it took 30 minutes for two ground beef tacos. I honestly thought maybe they had forgot about me so I eventually went inside to get a refund. Will drive a little further next time and go to the orangevale location from now on.

I visited Saturday night at 7:45. Nobody in front of me or behind me. I waited at the window for over 10 minutes. My food was sitting there for a while and the girl was mopping and flirting with a boy who walked in and ignored me. I got no utensils to eat my food and no sauce I asked for. The guacamole is gross. Not even sure if it's made out of avacados. Disappointed.

This is our closest Jimboys to our house and my review is based on 4-5 poor experiences here. We always use the drive through - so handy. It's right on the corner of Hazel and Madison - easy in and out when you're on the way somewhere. I have been eating Jimboys since about 1980 so I'm definitely a fan.... This location is unfortunately a let down. The food is always greasy and soggy.... Other locations are not this way and from now on we will drive to Roseville or Citrus Heights.... Yesterday we had a terrible experience. The woman working the drive through was surly and cranky and we had to ask for everything. Catsup, hot sauce, napkins, our receipt....all in the pouring rain. She was not friendly on the microphone or in person. This combined with brown wet lettuce and dripping grease. No thanks. I'm sorry about this because I would love to support our local business.
