Kiki's Chicken Place

DISGRACEFUL! I’ve never encountered such a rude and disrespectful employee!
I came back with the same cup I had previously purchased from this place, which comes with free refills, only to be approached by an extremely rude and aggressive staff member demanding I pay for the cup again — even though it was clearly their own branded cup! The attitude was beyond unprofessional — it was arrogant, hostile, and completely unacceptable. I felt like I was being scolded instead of being treated like a customer.
This experience was an absolute disaster. With this kind of treatment, I never want to hear this brand’s name again. I will never return, and I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY.
Either train your staff properly or shut the place down.

Such a treat. Something new and exciting for the tastebuds. I recommend OG with tatertots and some sliders. The portions are HUGE. Make sure you are either starving or love leftovers (they reheat really well though). Staff was so friendly. Definately in my top 5 favs.

Anyone who’s been to Kiki’s Chicken knows the go-to order—Kiki’s Tots with chicken on top. Game changer! It’s our favorite item to split, and it never disappoints.

The mango habanero wings are another standout—packed with flavor and just the right amount of heat. This place is always a solid choice for a quick, satisfying meal!

The person I interacted with gave off owner/manager energy. Super kind and attentive. The food was immaculate. My husband stated it's the first Kiki's where he felt like the fries were fully cooked, seasoned and topped. Definitely recommend 👍

Good for a quick meal

I paid for the 8 wing combo on doordash and they gave me 6 mediocre wings. I paid for 2 sides of ranch and they gave me only 1. How do you guys have no problem charging me for the food but can't give me what I pay for?

Food was cold and the lady taking my order was extremely rude

Every time I order delivery the order is wrong. 2 basic combos and the entire order is messed up again. Everything tossed when asked to have sauce on side. Extra sauces paid for....not received. 2 combos but gave us 1 drink. Ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies....got some sort of chocolate drizzled waffle. Can the workers not read the order or are they just that bad at their job? I paid over 60 bucks for this....

The only reason I’m giving a 4 instead of a 5 is because you are closed on Sunday. So many Sundays I’ve needed you to be open to get my Kiki’s fries

Bad customer service. Ordered a Kiki fry with easy Buffalo sauce. Once I received my order, I noticed there wasn't any on it that I could see. Upon asking for a small side of Buffalo, I was told that it was fifty cents. I asked since I didn't 5 it with any on like it comes if I could have the amount that Original cones on it. The representative said that's not how it works. My wife picks up dinner from here a few times a month. Sadly, we won't be returning.
