Bad customer service. Ordered a Kiki fry with easy Buffalo sauce. Once I received my order, I noticed there wasn't any on it that I could see. Upon asking for a small side of Buffalo, I was told that it was fifty cents. I asked since I didn't 5 it with any on like it comes if I could have the amount that Original cones on it. The representative said that's not how it works. My wife picks up dinner from here a few times a month. Sadly, we won't be returning.

Visited this location for the first time and it was a good choice. As with the chain as a whole, I like their chicken strips a lot. Asking for two strips and some a small amount fries, As usual, the chicken was up to par: juicy, well cooked, and fresh. The fries were still plentiful and fresh as well. The storefront is small, but please do find it. Your visit will be a good one.

Quality of chicken tenders was perfect, very moist inside and crispy batter on the outside. They were cooked to perfection. I also ordered boneless wings but got halved tenders instead. This part was disappointing unless I misunderstood that these are suppose to be really mini tenders. The house special sauce was spicy for me, but not for my husband. Kiki's fries was a bit spicy for me too. We tried all 3 sides available, potato, and macaroni salads, And coleslaw. I enjoyed all of them. They were not too salty, or sour, and there was just the right amount of mix, not too runny or oily. I used my gift card for the purchase of $44, but probably won't be eating this too often, cuz it's a bit pricy for just that amount of food.

Kiki's is always my go to when I visit the area! They have really great wings and their fries and tots are delicious and always spot on with the flavor and crunch! Definitely recommend!

I have had Kiki's countless times from multiple locations, and I have never been so dissatisfied until today. Everything was overcooked. The fries may as well have been potato chips. Both our Kiki's fries & the wings we ordered were dry with little to no sauce. And $1.50 for a 2oz side of ranch is just ridiculous. If you're craving Kiki's I would suggest the Carmichael Madison Ave location or the newer food truck on the roseville side of Citrus Heights.

No question, some of the better chicken tenders you'll get from take out. Cooked to order and very tasty. The jalapeño ranch is also fire highly recommend. Fries weren't bad either!

If I could give none I would. Messed up my order then made me pay for a new one. Then literally messed up again after I paid for a new one. The person that took the order made the food and messed it up. Crazy how incompetent they where. I will never return again and I strongly recommend that you don't either.

Love their fried chicken and mango habanero sauce!!

Overall very expensive for chicken tenders and fries. The chicken is breaded well but everything is very greasy (even for deep fried food). Nothing seems delicate or fine tuned here.Sauces are OK but again, very heavy. If you're looking for late night food or something heavier/greasier, then you're in the right spot.Front desk girl was very uninterested, poor overall service, missed one of the sauces when I ordered. Very little customer service training overall.Dine in is OK - the place isn't cleaned well and the floors, chairs, and tables are sticky with food particles.

Thought I ordered plain tots, got loaded tots instead. Delicious accident. Only worry is I ate more than I should.

I’ve literally never posted a review in my life but this one called for it. I’d heard great things from a few people and have been wanting to try this place out for close to a couple years now. I LOVE chicken, especially fried chicken. It is one of my favorite foods of all time. The customer service was not good. You tell she did not want to be there and she almost seemed pleased by the fact that they do not offer CUPS OF WATER with your meal. Not only is the food overpriced ($17 for 4 tenders and fries with no drink) they are the first restaurant in my entire life that is too cheap to give a customer a complimentary cup of tap water to go with their meal. After purchasing a $17 dollar meal your are then expected to purchase a drink. Bottled water or soft drinks only. Like… do you have cups? Yes. Do they have a faucet? Yes. Then why can’t you pour me a cup of water? Or have one available for me to pour myself? Apparently, it’s to force your customers to purchase a beverage alongside their meal to hit higher sales goals. It made me feel sick. I worked at star bucks for many years in my youth and they had the highest standard of customer service and it noticeably worked to retain a grand base or customers. Not only did we triple filter our water, it was given freely to anyone who asked regardless of what they purchased. That’s how you help keep happy customers. And lastly, the chicken tenders were nothing to phone home about. Popeyes chicken tenders have more flavor. Insanely disappointed and will never revisit.
