Prepared my order incorrectly. Don't get add ons here; they will charge you extra compared to other mcdonalds and then forget entire items.
It's not an honest mistake; it's straight up greedy carelessness, and I just wanted to start my day before work with an earned meal, not getting ripped off.

Parking: Parking is available although their marketing signs give’s one the impression they would have a preference the customer use the drive -through
Kid-friendliness: Once again, it seems fairly kid friendly from a menu standpoint, and there are clearly no objection to that but once more I’ve seen more upgraded McDonald’s with very kid friendly places to eat and to play.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s fairly accessible but I have seen other McDonald’s with more upgraded access.
Recommended dishes: Big Mac

The old lady who works in the mornings is so rude. Also they charge customers for extra sauces and don’t put it in the bag.

I went inside & placed my order on the kiosk. I went to the counter to pay and I was completely ignored for 5 minutes! The girl at the register was messing with her phone, while leaning on a post! She did not look up, and no other employees acknowledged me! I finally crumpled my ticket, threw it on the counter & walked out! Will NOT be going back anytime in the future!!

If you come after 8PM you will be rudely greeted by crew of high school girls that without fail will mess up your order. I have been to this location 20+ times and the customer service under these Golden Arches is non existent unless you run into the Hispanic man wearing the neon safety vest that works the drive thru in the mornings.
My professional recommendation is get rid of the entire staff (minus safety vest Hispanic man) and start again from the ground up.

I ordered one thing at drive through & got home and it was totally wrong order. No one answers their phone I paid for trash I threw out because not what I ordered or wanted.

Stop in fairly often to try and grab breakfast. Last 4 or 5 times employees ($20/hr mind you) stand around and chit chat and after 5-10 minutes of standing they tell you to use kiosks to place order. At No i want human interation not another screen. I then walk out. Usually a middle aged woman pretty sure she's the manager. Makes eye contact several times while she just stands there talking to the other 2 or 3 employees, empty drive thru. Cant wait till this location is fully automated. karen will be working at Starbucks in the same lot and has to take in person orders.. $20/hr to these workers was THE worst thing that could've happened.
