a little expensive judging by the price of the sashimi and the weight of the sashimi itself. everything is delicious. I especially recommend Lobstermania. a little noisy and full of people. The parking lot is full of cars during the day, but this is due to the businesses located in the same plaza. in the evening I think everything will be ok with parking.

I really like how they have a separate section for vegetarian sushi rolls and also have appetizer options. We tried their edimame, fried tempura green beans and vegi ten roll. The quantity was decent and taste was good. There was 5 mins wait time but it's a weekday so I expect wait time could be more on weekends!

Overpriced and just average quality food. Entree came out about 30 minutes after the sushi, nearly at the end of our meal. Ambiance is nice, kinda crowded. I felt very rushed. If they are gonna charge so much they can at least be graceful about it. They have a chill bar area.. plenty of parking.

Love this spot. Been coming here for a long time. I no longer live in CA, so it's a special treat for me. Love the pepper fin.

We have been to this Mikuni a few times. The sushi is usually very good and fish is fresh. Service is friendly and good. The one thing that keeps us from coming back here and to other Japanese restaurants is the tempura and sesame chicken. We have had a few experiences where the tempura wasn't crispy and somewhat soggy and this time the sesame chicken was the same. However the deep fried green beans came out ok. It may be the batter and/or frying temp and/time. The Folsom restaurant has been very good and consistent. It has only been this location where we have had the tempura and sesame chicken like this.

Fantastic service and food! Our server Jake was very friendly and informative. We ordered beef curry and chirashi don and it came out hot and delicious, Would recommend!

Tried this place for the first time...WOW! Restaurant: Walked in, the bar was popping, which I realized people were having drinks while waiting for there table. Went and grabbed a drink from the bar, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Waited approximately 15 minutes for our table. Finally seated, weird there were 3 in our party but they only have us 2 menus. We made it work. Food: we started out with the spicy garlic edamme, ordered sashimi (yellowtail and salmon) so fresh it melted on my tongue. We ate the bbq tuna, the char along with the sauces, delicious.. next was the BMW roll..oh my... that is my go to and last we had the zig zag soft shell crab..smh...amazing! My pallet was highly pleased. Before I leave sacramento I will most definitely come back. It was all so good I forgot to take pictures. Last our server MJ was super helpful and attentive. Overall great choice!

Had a great lunch with coworkers. The sushi was fresh and the bento box had plenty to eat. The rainbow roll had very little fish on it. See pics.

I just picked up my order and the pepper fin is super warm and discolored. The pimp my roll was not made like it normally is. Normally it's a little crispy on top from being torched and it's warm but not like it's been torched kind of warm. The Brussel sprouts were soggy and sitting in some kind of liquid. The puff daddy's are supposed to be crunchy and these were soggy and falling apart. Very disappointed with this order. It was as if some of the order had been sitting for a while before the rest was ready.

Five stars: They have definitely maintained a level of service and quality. The food here is exceptional! I love meeting my best friend here, since it's conviently located in between us. Like a restaurant Eiffel tower. Truffle fin, tuna sliders, and puff daddy... all must gets. Ambiance is lively and fun! They never let me down!
