1st. Service was super lazy and it seemed like employees were half baked themselves. Yes, the crust was burnt but, some of the toppings were not even cooked. 2nd bathrooms. Why is the ceiling falling down isn't that a safety hazard? Bet there is mold up there. 3rd. No lids for drinks. Also, the water tasted bad as if the water line was connected to the toilet itself. When do they clean the fountain drink machines??? 4th. Pizza is a art and tradition. It brings people together in love. I only tasted sorrow and despair, as if I will never feel joy or love ever again. Maybe this pizza needs to guard the wizard prison of Azkaban. How is it that the dough and toppings go through the oven of fire š„ only to have an over cooked burnt crust and raw toppings. Good thing the pork and chicken were actually good; but then again they probably got already good meat and threw it on the dough. 5th the salad bar. I know it's a place to eat the food your food eats....but a pig would not even go near some of the expired food at the salad bar. How long has the baby corn been in that rancid water???

Our family gets pizza here every Sunday, and it never disappoints! The food is always fresh and deliciousāespecially the bacon, which is our favorite. We never get tired of it. A special shoutout to Sonya, who is always so kind and welcoming. She remembers our order every time, and her friendly service makes our visits even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate her!

Location once had my business but unfortunately the extremely poor customer service I will never support this pizza establishment, and Iāll be sure ALL my network does not either. They claim to participate and support the KINGS Misstwice Free Mini Pizza Reward and the young cashier informing me they do, even instructed me on the process of redeeming in the app. The OWNER over the phone says what she will do for me is order a mini pizza and soda and take $5 off. The soda is $5 the mini pizza is $10.99. So of course I said no thatās not what the promo offers and they told me thatās all they would do! 20 minutes they waste my time and Iām still hungry. Unbelievable! Not surprised though given the ethnicity of the owners. SMH

I was present when they called to get your help processing the promo and you made the choice to dishonor your advertised participation with the Kings Misstwice Promo with a Counteroffer not comparable. Went to order online, I live about halfway between this location and another one on sunrise. My order at this location would have been almost $20 more for the exact same items.!itās crazy how much this location is charging over the other locations. If youāre close to any other mountain mikes, go to a different one and save some money.
