Nekter Juice Bar

Unfortunately, won’t be coming back.
Ordered a juice without apples, but I don’t think they followed that because it was sweet. I’ve had that juice multiple times at different locations, it’s never been sweet, so I can tell . Smoothie bowl had chocolate nibs even tho I ordered without those. They were pretty late with the order so I ended up being late for work - I had ordered in advance so they had enough time. The guy preparing the food seemed pretty tired/unenthusiastic, and walked out as soon as he finished preparing one thing. I wasn’t even told my food was ready, until next employee asked me.
All in all, disappointed. Will be going to a different location.

I love coming here. Staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Order comes out just how I like it. They really do a great job.

I’ve had a few smoothies from here always delicious. They have an app with rewards! I had a strawberry banana smoothie, the coffee one and the peanut butter chocolate smoothie both were delicious and I would get again! #Veganuary

I only gave a 1 star cause I had to give something to write a review and there wasn’t anything lower. Avoid this place customer service is the worst. Will not be returning.

Normally the customer service is pretty good at this Nekter. Not ever great but ok. This time though, I was treated VERY poorly and was given a bad time about having a “dog” with me, even though my “dog” was clearly a service dog wearing a service dog vest and behaving properly and I even stated she was a service dog. The girl who was getting my to go order for me, clearly did not believe me still, and treated me and my service dog VERY poorly and as if we were 2nd class citizens. She was extremely rude! I was very offended and it makes me not want to return again!

I really love their products. And I hate giving bad reviews. However, I have put in an online order multiple times with tips, I show up and the order is not made or missing. This has happened many times. Three in a row now to be exact including today which is why I am leaving this review.

Very pleased with my order. Gut health is my favorite! Also the smoothie was so delicious!

Great experience and awesome food. Presentation and ingredients are always great and portion sizes are perfect.The rewards program is nice as well. The app could use a little work as it can tough to navigate sometimes.

Service is great but the managers overwork their underpaid employees and do a terrible job overall. You can see the stress in the Employee's eyes. Terrible work environment.
