Got there at 11:30am hardly any food was prepared. Customers Had to wait 10 minutes for them to make it had fried rice with my order. fried rice was old clump together and crunchy I wish I would’ve known that before I left. I would’ve got my money back.

Terrible experience. We ordered on the app for pickup, and the food was confirmed ready at 11:39am. Didn't get the food until 12:04, so that was a lie. Didn't get any apologies either. Poor management! We'll only be back to get free food from the app. We will patronize a different Panda from now on when paying.

Went here yesterday afternoon (12/01/2024) with my Father, this is his first time at this Panda Express location. It wasn't that busy when my Father and I came inside Panda Express restaurant. The service was really good. The manager Co was really respectful.

I don’t like when the staff shows me attitude if they’re having their problem she shouldn’t bring to work. Also that fake impossible chicken they were talking about is garbage do not get it.
No one answers the phone. I have been calling for exactly one hour since they opened at 10am on 8/10/2025. Never doing catering with them.

Use to be One of the better pandas in the Sacramento area. .. now that experience has changed the portions are way small the started to count every pieces of brocoli and every grain of rice. .. the order taking process is ridiculously slow I walked out two separate times cause it was taking so long with bot that many people ordering
