Place was empty and food was tasty! Staff was preoccupied with closing tasks and took a minute to recognize customers.

We are regulars at this place. Great quality food every time. And very reasonable pricing, by far.

I’ve switched to the vegetables instead of rice and chow mein. Now, I’ve had a gastric bypass, so I don’t eat very much. In fact, one of these bowls with the main dish on top of it usually last me three meals. However, I often need to get a small side of the main dish because they never EVER give you enough to fully complement the side dish. Well today when I switched to the vegetables, that woman served up such a small serving of vegetables in my bowl, as well as my main course that you would’ve swore she’s paying for it herself! If y’all recall when Panda Express opened it was incredibly impressive how they gave you so much food for the price. Now it’s totally unimpressive how little food they give you for the price, and of course, the price now is twice as much as it was when they first started. Half the food twice the price that’s Panda Express!! And this one falls right in line with the rest of them cheap cheap cheap.*** UPDATE-after having gone back to this panda express again over the weekend I think I’m done with this one for good now. These people act like they paid for all the food that’s cooked in that place out of their own pockets, which we all know isn’t true!! Plus the new night managers are boring, barely borderline friendly, and stingy as hell with their serving sizes. Basically it’s not some place I care to give my hard earned American money to anymore. I’m so tired of Panda acting like every broccoli flower, green bean, or piece of chicken is going to financially break them, like they’re on the verge of bankruptcy all the time or something. For crying out loud people, if I pay you for an order of something I want that container stuffed full, especially if I’m paying your à la cart prices! I don’t want half an inch of space at the top by the time I get home and it settles. This is exactly what you do too! You know it, I know it, we ALL know it!! So I’ll be going back to Roseville for my Panda Express from now on, or to a real Asian restaurant, and Panda can continue serving up their partial orders to whomever chooses to continue paying to much for to little from their boring minuscule little menu!! I know It won’t be me!!

We get Panda Express via DoorDash. It is my husband's favorite fast food restaurant. He orders from them about once a week. Generally, he is happy with his meal, although sometimes it's a little short on meat and very heavy on vegetables. Vegetables. Other than that we have no complaints.

So my son got a settlement check and a paycheck so we decided we go to our regular Panda Express treat. Well $126+ dollars later they screwed our order up. We had them read it to us, we paid and they said they'd bring it out. After about 5 minutes waiting they brought it to us and we left believing the order was good, we ordered:4 large orange chicken2 large fried rice2 large chow mein1 large teriyaki chicken 1 medium orange chicken 1 medium teriyaki chicken 1 medium vegetables 4 chicken egg rolls1 apple roll1 large ranggoons1 medium drinkWe got:3 large orange chicken3 large fried rice2 large chow mein1 large teriyaki chicken 1 medium orange chicken 1 medium vegetables 4 chicken egg rolls1 apple roll1 large ranggoons1 medium drinkMy wife went back with the extra rice that was supposed to be an orange chicken, and to get the missing medium teriyaki chicken and explained they screwed up. The lady said, "I personally put the order in the bag and it was right." My wife said,"Why do we have 3 large fried rice if you did it right?" She replaced the rice with orange chicken and said she wasn't giving her the medium teriyaki chicken and walked away from my wife. So they screwed us out of the medium teriyaki chicken. So we check the recipe over and found we were charged for a large vegetable for the medium we received. We have been going there for 11 years and now realize if they screw your order up they will not make it right if you leave. The food is usually good there but their customer service definitely needs work. She basically called my wife a liar. IF YOU GO HERE, DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER AND RECEIPT. They turned a happy moment for my son into a disappointment and his mother disrespected. This is what will kill take out for over paid asshats. Kara R, you failed.‍Randahl

I bring my kids to this location most fridays after school. I dont understand the staff here. The front counter girls today 1/12/23 4pm are so rude! We asked for plate, didnt get it, asked for sauce, didnt get it. Meat bowls are empty- they are not keeping up with the cooking, veggies empty too. RUTH should be fired- her and her girl friend with the nose ring were talking crap about us and sipping on her Stanley cup. Chit chatting while the guys did all the work. Customer service sucks here. Wont return to this location.

As everyone has already said, don't come here at night. Everything was either empty or had been sitting out for a while. My noodles were actually cold and mushy and tasted awful. All of it tasted really off. Definitely won't be going here anymore, this place needs a new night team.

Do not order from this location. Hop Sing's Palace isn't that far away and they offer much better food, service, and portions for a fraction of the price.Within the last year the quality of the food and service at this location as decreased dramatically. My first gripe was when the store manager handed me the wrong entree I ordered because they didn't want to make new Spring Rolls, and the Cream Cheese Rangoons were already sitting out. My second gripe was when the fried rice I was served had hair in it and the rest of my food wasn't fresh. As someone who works in food service, I can't look past these issues and can't say I'll be ordering from here ever again.

Fast service with delicious food. I dashed in, got food to go. Friendly staff and the restaurant is always clean. The honey walnut shrimp is wonderful. Lots of food items to choose from at about $10 per person with a drink.

We walked in an hour prior to closing and was met with a very rude and unenthusiastic staff. The person taking our orders spoke softly and obnoxiously. He laughed to the cook when we ordered the Beijing beef. I can understand if this was ten minutes before closing. They had ample time to have food prepared. Them rolling thier eyes at us while ordering makes me not want to come to this location ever againIt's thier job for crying out loud. The lack of communication skills with these employees.. Some people aren't meant to be in customer service or kitchens

Many sources advertise that Panda Express gives Military and Senior discounts. That's BS. Around 5 pm Sept 30, I visited the store located at 8929 Madison Ave, Fair Oaks, CA, and asked about the military discount as I was checking out, showed the clerk my Veteran's ID card. He looked at me as if he were in shock, and said he had never heard of it. So I asked about the Senior Discount. Same response, never heard of it. If they offer a discount, and cannot properly train their employees, why are they allowed to benefit with false advertising? They are obviously not appreciative of veterans or senior patrons. It I could give zero stars I would. I hope others will vote with their feet, and will not patronize this location.
