SERVICE waiting for overdue online order the barista was talking with friends about personal topics. 3 people working no greeting basically felt like an invisible customer but no one asked why I was standing there at the counter APP open for my order. Finally stood in line to get someone to bag coffee beans because the online order was not in pickup area. OVERALL: the place needs a good cleaning and wash the door windows because grubby windows is a tell-tale sign they cleaning practices are below average. Not going back to that location.

Terrible experience with the quality compared to most peets coffee visits. The coffee was made in a small/med instead of the ordered large. Instead of remaking this location added more ice and blended a watery p.o.s., i called to seek resolution and was interrogated about my order when the price and person should have been reviewed first. Terrible job team/shift lead.. if there was any semblance of leadership Karly. It takes 1 second to listen and 5 to interrupt so next time save time. Having been a manager myself I would have asked my staff if they acted accordingly, expressing my apologies if not and offered a full remaking and reimbursement for my teams failed attempts. You and your team failed.... mostly you because your leadership was sub par. I hope you learn and enhance as a result...

This is my favorite Peets in the whole Sacramento area. The staff are always on it. They are fast. They are nice. They genuinely make a coffee shop feel like it's what a coffee shop is supposed to feel like. Clean, nice, chill, low-key but efficient. The only thing I wish they could improve on was the seating options. They just got rid of their booth options and it makes me hecka sad. :( I like cozy seating and wish they were open later.

Went to Peet's Coffee on Friday December 27th (12/27/2024). This is my first time going to Peet's Coffee. Usually, I would go to Starbucks but I had the opportunity to go to Peet's Coffee. Service was pretty good, it wasn't that busy when I came inside. I ordered a Large Caramel Macchiato and I used my gift card to pay.

Been coming to this Peet’s for almost 10 years. Grew up and moved away but I always stop in when visiting my parents. I love the Peet’s atmosphere and mochas ☕️ (By the way Peet’s gives you 3 shots of espresso in a large while Starbucks gives you 2 whether it’s a medium or large, just saying…)

Most water down cappuccino ever, guess what can you expect from an airport. Because they can, not at all impressed. Staff were super friendly, unfortunately I would not recommend. Bagel and muffin were good, at least they had that going for them. You had one job, profits over people, todays business model.
