Walked in here to get my mobile order and nobody said anything when I walked in and the lady over by the mobile orders didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked over. I’m always at Pete’s coffee and they’re normally pretty warm and welcoming..this was by far the worst experience. Didn’t feel welcomed at all!..

Absolutely horrible service. I'm a long-time customer of Pete's but when a product isn't satisfactory and you asked for a refund or a simple exchange they refuse. this location is the closest to my home, but I will be sure not to return and will drive the extra few minutes to a different location.

This shop features good service and short lines. They had 2 blends and 1 decaf. They needed 1 more dark roast blend..MajDickinson's de caf was not strong enough.
Nice baristas, great coffee. I have a unique order and appreciate when baristas pay attention to details of my order and I get a taste of gold.

I drive here at least once a month to drink there coffee. My stomach does not allow for more as it gives me the worse you know what. But its not there coffee that does it its just coffee in general. But let me tell you the bathroom is very clean before i use it. I love the staff. Muchelle is the greatest. Very good with here hands and handling my drink. Over all they are all great. See you again next month when my you know what clears up.

Good customer service! The cashier suggested a drink and they were supposed to blend it but the girl in the back refused so then a guy that worked there offered me a whole new drink this time blended. Which was very nice of them to do.

I love Peets with all my heart. But this is the only location I will never go to. I ordered a french hazelnut latte with oat milk and an extra espresso shot.. I received a cup of oat milk. i called and the lady i spoke with on the phone didn’t really seem to care or believe me so here’s the proof lol. can’t believe i even have to post this
