While the food was satisfactory, earning it a three-star rating, the service truly stood out, deserving a solid four stars.The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was exceptional. Moreover, the ambiance and decor were simply stunning, earning a perfect five-star rating.The serene atmosphere and elegant decor created a truly memorable dining atmosphere. Overall, Shangri-la provides a wonderful dining experience with top-notch service and a beautiful ambiance.

Usually the food was amazing and it was still good but my steak with broccolini and mashed potatoes was a salt lick last night. We had lots of burgers, the amazing poke for appetizers (2 for 5 of us because it’s that good) and drinks. They turned on the fire pit for us and then we hung out there for a bit. Great time as usual.Make a reservation if the weather is nice or they probably can’t fit you in even if you see tables available due to staffing. They will let you sit in the bar area and get appetizers.Parking: One of those teeny lots where people make about 5 spaces on their own during dinner

We had our wedding reception here back in September and it was a hit with all of our guests. Everything from the food to the cocktails to the service was exceptional for our special day and we couldn’t be happier. One of the things I greatly appreciate with the owner ( Sommer) and event coordinator/ GM (Greg) is the consistency of care, attention to detail, professionalism and staff friendliness. They just get the hospitality business and they understand what it means to create a welcoming environment from top to bottom. We had an absolute blast and will always support this amazing local business! Thanks y’all! If you’re thinking about having an event here, Just do it!

Don't get me wrong, the restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, and we received amazing service even though we didn't stay. I love the inside and outside atmosphere, and they had a list of specialty drinks. ? ? If you just wanted to have drinks and small bites, this is the place to be. I'll definitely be back in the spring and summer. This restaurant is a vibe!Vegetarian options: I saw a couple of options. Check out the menu online.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of parking and access.

Love shangri-la! The food is always delicious, the drinks are fantastic and the ambiance is top notch. We are so lucky to have such a gem right here in Fair Oaks!!
Shangri La is one of the best restaurants around!Amazing cocktails. The slushies in the Spring/Summer are fantastic as well. They even have Pliny the Elder on tap!The patio ambiance is beautiful as well, with misters in the summer, and bocce courts. It's very kid-friendly and relaxed even though it feels somewhat upscale.Food is also great, I always get the riblets appetizer. The grilled cheese comes with "tomato jam" which is killer. I've had literally everything on the menu and it's all great.

The food is good, but the prices are extremely high. The nearly $18 grilled cheese sandwich did not taste like a $7.00 one. The cocktails are delicious and priced high, but worth it. The ribs were tiny and sparse but good. Fun atmosphere and great staff.
