The manager here now is the worst. Bummer, I gotta stop at the Starbucks 3 blocks away instead. When I complained to her she just kept cutting me off telling me how I was wrong. Update: got the drink I asked for no problem at another one. She was just being so rude here!

The girl working was so nice! I ordered a cookie crumble crème frap, and I didn’t know they weren’t on the menu anymore. She was soo nice and helped me figure out how to order it for next time:) it came out so pretty I took a pic like it’s 2012. She was so sweet! It’s welcoming people like that when you go out for a treat that can really make or break your day, so I’m really grateful :’)

The staff was friendly, it wasn’t busy, they had my cookie. It’s always great when I go to Starbucks, and they have my stuff. It’s very disappointing, when I go to other locations and they don’t have my food items. But they did. So thank you Starbucks.

The best Starbucks ever ! I had a great coffee and healthy wrap for a lunch which was perfect if someone had a bad day like me . That day I I forgot my purse with a wallet there . I realized two days later I was missing a purse with a wallet , documents and cash ! I came back after two days and they found it , gave it to me back ! Everything was intact !!! It is very hard nowadays to find a trustworthy people and here we have it ! I regained my Faith in Humanity with simple act of kindness like this !!! I will always recommend your store to the whole community of Citrus Heights !
